Tried to schedule an appointment for my wife with Dr. Rose, but received a condescending scheduler. As a doctor myself and my wife as a nurse practitioner herself, we know the difference between a doctor and a nurse practitioner and they are not the same. Although their NP may be a highly qualified NP, they still need to be under a doctor's supervision in the state of California because of their limited license and Dr. Rose staff disagreed with me. This is disappointing. I'm sure Dr. Rose is a great doctor as she's very busy, but like the reviews on her Yelp site show, she needs to better train her staff and not give out false information especially regarding regulations in the state of California.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at an OBGYN office. The staff is rude, uncompassionate if you have a health issue and need to see the doctor right away. You have to wait days even if you have an urgent issue. Ended up going to urgent care after they gave me such a hard time to get an appointment and were so rude. I went back to my old OBGYN on the westside, and they made it so hard to get my records and hung up on me when I told her she is being rude and condescending... There are so many negatives.... you wait for over an hour every time... even if you have an appointment. One time I was there is a dog roaming the office, ( I LOVE DOGSSS!!) but that can't sanitary for a medical facility..... If you don't have to go there...I would avoid this place. And Dr. Rose is just too busy to care! I read the one-star reviews...and one person said... It's a good place as long as you don't have issues. This is SO SO true. Stay away if you have other options, you'll be happy you did!

Great doctor. Hard to get an appointment so if you get it keep it. Worth the wait. Very hard working for her patients.
