She is going to prison for running a scam.

Thank goodness she is being convicted , my sister in law said oh she is a great doctor let's take our mother in law there, this doctor is and obviously un ethical. Thank goodness she got convicted and karma is catching up with her. She had my mother in law get an oxygen tank and 14 months after her death it was still being billed , plus the pills oh the pills she prescribed many many many pills she was up to 28 pills per day. God bless the legal system!!

Had a billing issue with the office and spoke to Dr Tyler about it. Issue was solved and biller fired. Dr Tyler takes her time and listens to you. She didn't treat you or her office as an assembly line. Never did I see her misuse her status while in the office. I would recommend anyone to her. I am worried about her and wish her all the best.

I was a patient for 10 yrs, a gal who used to work there told me soon after I started going to her that really bad things were going on there, so I kept going and I experienced many, many unethical, greed-based things being done to me. Those in disbelief are shallow, ignorant people, open your eyes and read about how things are supposed to be done in a medical office. I've read a lot. She won't rx meds unless she gets some kind of kickback, this info is on the internet, she does tons of tests and rarely gives you the results nor does she expalin what to do with results out if normal range, this is called malpractice and negligence, read about, she checks urine or saliva way way too often because she only uses labs that give her a kickback, it's on the internet people, everything I'm writing here, and to top all this off, she records inaccurate vitals in patient files so she can try to get out of being liable if the patient has a heart attack or stroke, pay attention people, your life depends on it! In the waiting room one day years ago, I watched and heard one patient telling another patient that she cares about her patients, but she's really in it for the money...and I am quoting. Anyone who does not see these things or believes them are unaware, self-absorbed people just like the doctor. All you review writers who went to her for years, didn't you wonder why every 3 or 4 times you went in there were different people working there, certainly not because nurse after nurse did bad things, nurses had to quit as soon as they saw unethical things going on or they would lose their nursing licenses, read about it on the internet.she should NEVER be able to practice any kind of medicine again, lose her license permanently. And by the way, she's working on a plea deal people, a plea deal means she was found GUILTY, it's on the internet, too! Get wise people, it will save your life.

Recently Dr. Tyler has gotten in legal trouble, and has led patients to believe she'd refill medications per the message on the office voicemail, no not happening. Thanks you for lying to everyone and withholding our medical records. Nobody can get prescriptions, I've been turned down by 2 doctors due to the Dr Tyler suspension, thank you again for lying! If you lie to your patients, what else are you lying about.......

Dr Tyler is a good doctor. She cares about her patients. It's sad she is being railroaded.

After 21 years, I’ve had to find a new doctor for myself and my family because of the legal issues that are surrounding Dr. Tyler. It’s unfortunate that she trusted her staff and she ended up in this position. After hearing the news, I asked her about the situation when I last saw her a few months ago. I didn’t know what to believe prior to talking to her. However, after doing so, I believe Dr. Tyler is innocent of the charges against her. Even if she is found to be guilty, that doesn’t discredit her character as a caring doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Tyler for nearly 20 years. She knew me better than anyone and actually had the same two back surgeries I have had. I'm saddened she was taken advantage of by some very bad people. I will certainly miss her and I've been so very appreciative of all she has done for me. I work 70 hours a week and without her, I would never have been able to do this. Take care my friend.

Dr. Tyler I hope they throw away the key when you go to prison not only for rxing pain patches pain cream and scar creams that were junk to people you had no Dr. patient relationship with but turning all your patients and employees into addicts (yes I heard about the adderall circle) sick sick sick shame on you !!!!

You deserve everything that is happening to you right now! It is not surprising at all what you've done! I hope that they lock you up for a long time and then maybe this will give you a WAKE UP CALL!

First, this DR. needs to be locked away and never be able to see anyone as a patient again. As far as Jeff Fillmore being innocent, far, far from it. He was able to use his connection to Local Union Presidents to try to convince members there was an experimental drug that could help with joint pain. When I met with Jeff he had me fill out papers. I was under the impression we would be in some sort of study. The next thing I knew I was getting this stuff (that did not work), and different medicine which was supposed to eliminate scars. I never asked nor knew anything about this cream. I was being sent medicine in the mail, as well as a local pharmacy. When I started to get billed for this, I called Dr. Tylers office to stop sending in a prescription. It took forever for the medicine to stop coming. When I cancelled, Jeff contacted me about why. I never say the Dr. to be prescribed anything and Jeff knew it. I talked to many coworkers who were also duped into believing we were in a controlled group rather than a insurance fraud scheme. Mr. Fillmore should and will spend several years in prison along with Dr. Tyler. I know we would all like to believe our kids, but I am telling you this guy knew exactly what he was doing to everyone.

I love Dr. Tyler. She’s a caring doctor. Mr. Fillmore, leave your stupid comments off of these review sites. For the record, I highly doubt that your son is innocent and I guarantee he knew what was going down. Stop being so naive!

I have been seeing Dr.Tyler since 2002. She has ALWAYS been kind caring and compassionate. And very Professional. I would highly recommended her. People leaving these nasty remarks. Are you even a patient of hers. Or are you an Ex employee. Or how about maybe she won't write you a pain RX. I 100% do not believe she would do anything illegal or unethica.

Mr Fillmore there are other places for your crying reviews. I’m sure your son is not as innocent as you make him to be . Dr Tyler is a awesome dr , she is the only one in town that could help my health issues. That’s what this review site is for , praise not whining. Read the review right under your 3 one star cry sessions !!!

How could any licensed medical professional bring in an innocent 3rd party to be part of an alleged sophisticated fraud operation bilking millions of dollars from an insurance company? How could you do this to an innocent person who just wanted to make an honest living, making good money, providing for his girlfriend and being a better person? My son did not have the knowledge, the expertise nor the sophistication to be involved in this. How could you do this? Our family is heartbroken. My son has never been in any trouble. I'm at a loss of words for your unethical and illegal behavior on top of your preying on an innocent 3rd party person. And yes, I'm upset. You have let down your community, your family, your profession and in particular, this father for your fraudulent schemes.

Hands down DR TYLER AND STAFF, are the best in the county!! Very efficient, caring and helpful. You should not believe the negative lies against this practice, LIES!!!

Was told multiple times that my insurance would be accepted with the lab they send there labs to, Prior to getting my labs drawn! Wasn't the case at ALL! When I called them with the lab bills I was receiving that WASN'T covering the cost they proceeded to give me that lab number and Fax number and told me to take care of it? I stated why wouldn't your lab tech do that since she has my insurance information and Dr. Tyler's diagnosis codes? (I use to be a lab tech so I know how this process works) From the very first visit and testing that was done it was a problem from then on. I paid my co-pays every time I went and saw Dr. Tyler and four months after seeing her I had a bill from her office stating I owed $230.00 dollars when I called the office they stated if was from my office visits that I had thus far? I said I always paid my co-pay so still not getting why I owe you this much. Said they would look into it. I did get a call from Dr. Tyler herself apologizing for the bill and that the lab biller had been fired. Made me feel good she personally called me so kept seeing her while I thought they were taking care of the lab billing problem. Office staff never turned off the answering machine in the morning when office hours started sometimes 1 to 2 hours after they were opened. They would tell me they would call me back (when I finally did get one of them to answer the phone) the day of. Multiple times and didn't! Was also told that they would except my daughter and husband as new patients and when I called to make appointment for my husband would never call me back! They also told me that they would be getting a McLaren drop box at the office (I have McLaren insurance) for the patients who have that insurance so wouldn't have to go through big lab bills again. They NEVER followed through with that. So why would you tell me that? I heard a lot of wonderful things about Dr. Tyler and had been trying for a very long time to get in to see her and with our new insurance I finally was able to see her. I personally liked Dr. Tyler she made me feel comfortable. Office staff not so much the last time I saw her I had ANOTHER lab test and again insurance didn't cover the lab it was sent to! I haven't been back, had called and expressed my concerns with office staff about billing and not getting called back with answers to my questions. They have NEVER called me in over a year to say your due for a physical NOTHING! I will not recommend anyone to go see her. I did express my problems with the office staff, not turning off answering machine during office hours, not getting answers to my questions regarding my HUGE lab bills personally to Dr. Tyler directly. Nothing changed so she was aware of the problem and to me just didn't care.
