He didn't ask questions didn't answer questions it was my first visit and he didn't read anything I wrote down on the extensive paperwork and he ordered what they said was the standard test he ordered for everyone. He ordered tests that I did not need that had nothing to do with me and I refused to have any of them. He was only in the room a few minutes and I was their hours. Other patients did not seem happy with him that I spoke to. It was smelly and unclean.

WORST HEALTH CARE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. JUST BECAUSE I AM ON STATE INSURANCE DOES'NT MEAN HE SHOULD NOT PROVIDE QUALITY CARE. QUESTIONS NEVER ANSWERED AND ANY TIME I HAD ISSUES WITH MEDS THAT THEY PRESCRIBED, I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT PRIMARY CARE DR. NEVER TAKES TIME TO ADDRESS ISSUES, JUST QUICK TO GET YOU IN AND OUT. JUST DOLLAR SIGNS TO HIM!!!!!

I have been to Dr Kousher since I was first diganosed with RA. He is wonderful. Always gets back with you if you leave a message on the phone or patient portal. I highly rev him. Annette who works with him is awesome!!! I feel like I get the best care possible. Margaret Cooper

Dr.kouser was very thourough he was very polite amazing bedside manner, for a first time vist I felt very comfortable with him. He is absolutly great in hos fiels and is determined to find out whatis going on with his patients.

Dr. kouser is great dr. understanding and caring. the staff on the other hand is rude, will not return phone calls or send the paper work that they need to send.

He ordered labs and X-rays on first visit, he recognized things that were spot on and we got email promptly plus a phone call from the nurse giving us the results. He seemed very educated and highly intelligent in his field of expertise. He is recommending a sleep study but is letting us choose the dr we want to see closer to home. I was very happy with this dr and hope for a good outcome in our situation.

old school meds wont listen to you im worse not better! So many rude comments refused to see him anymore! many others I know left his practice too

After meeting with Dr. Kouser one time he ordered more blood work. His staff informed me I would receive lab results on my follow up visit 6 weeks later. Surprise!!! I received 29 emails 4 days later (on a Sunday) that each contained lab results. He told me through EMAIL that I have rheumatoid arthritis! When I emailed him back about this upsetting me he acted like it was no big deal. When I went to his office for my next appointment he explained this was how his office handled lab work. Do NOT go to him unless you want to be diagnosed through email and to be treated like you don't matter. Do NOT expect him to care about alternative care such as diet changes or supplements. He wants you on high powered drugs AND doesn't want you to ask questions about your own health. Horrible, horrible experience!

Dr Kouser was very professional and knowledgeable, he took his time and ran more test to confirm his diagnosis. Wish I could say the same about his staff. They rescheduled me because of something on there end and it has take two months to get another appointment. and this time I am seeing his PA.

I saw Dr Kouser after a wait time of 2 months . He diagnosed me with poly myositis .I have been to several doctors prior to seeing him . I was highly impressed by his bed side manner and knowledge. i will highly recommend him
