My visit was on time, met with friendly nurses who prepared me for the procedure. Everything was explained and questions answered. Dr. V has as good, calming approach to the situation which is appreciated. This was my 3rd colonoscopy with him and the experiences were all consistent. No surprises. I have been struggling with GI issues for years, Dr. Vijayapal has been dedicated to finding the cause of my problems and a treatment plan. I have had several procedures done by Dr. Vijayapal and I haven't had any complications. He took time to talk to me, and he actively listened to what I said, and thoughtfully took that into account. I also have heard from Nurses who have worked with him that is he is kind to his coworkers, which I believe speaks volumes about his character.
