It's nice to go some where and they actually remember you! Mirka is always very sweet always reminds me about the parking pass and does her best to fit me in to accommodate my schedule. Anna is very friendly and takes her time. She explains what's going to happen in our sections and what to expect. She was as excited as I was when I started to see results from my spider vein treatment. Erika, though I've only spoken to her on the phone a few times, is also very nice helpfull.

I have dealt with Lori Eduardez and Nairobi. Both are giving great explanations, listen patiently to my questions, answer very professionally AND show empathy, a rare quality nowadays in the medical field.

When I saw Dr Soffer the first was in a Aventura magazine, and I make my husband translate his articles about veins problems because I didn't speak English, than I associate all my leg pain, tiredness, fatigue, cramping, swelling, itching and burning I had to the veins. Than I went for a consultation, they did an ultrasound of my legs that showed I have venous insufficient. I did all my vein procedures with Dr Soffer and my legs and I are really grateful. I'm can enjoy my life now with pain free in my legs. I really appreciate all the great attention and service they provide. Had to have an EVLT procedure and Dr. Soffer and his staff could not have been easier to work with. My EVLT was a complete success and now plan to use Dr. Soffer as my Full Time Cardiologist. Great Doctor and staff

I had several treatments and it looks worse than it did before. They took pictures of before and after and showed it to me the dirt is improvement. I took a picture with my camera and compared it took their pictures and their pictures are sent fuzzy to look better. Don't waste your money.

I was titled as a "Disgruntled" patient. I suggest not to keep your computer opened so other patience can see all patience personal information including phone numbers and insurance information. After about 20 procedures I thought I would be able to see lots less veins but it only go worse. I had one doctor who seemed like he knew what he was doing but he left to work elsewhere. I then had a newly hired doctor who had poor bedside manners. I was laying flat on my stomach and then he would stick needles in me without warning.I told the Dr. to tell me when he is ready to stick me with the needle so I can hold tight. It did hurt and I am not very sensitive. I was needled and then I couldn't walk on that that foot because it was so swollen underneath. I was told I have flat feet and to see a podiatrist . Then another appointment the same thing happened. After an ultrasound they still couldn't figure it out. The needle was not inserted properly. The swelling went away after about 2 weeks. Then they closed their West Palm Beach location and the next office was in Adventura, Miami. That was a long hike. After several months of no improvement, I made an appointment for that office to see my legs before and after. I had to wait 2 months for the appointment and then had to wait almost 3 hours to be seen. Horrible. They took a picture of the back of my leg and I said well that didn't look that bad but still it didn't disappear. I was told once they opened up the blocked veins, then the blood would flow better and some of the veins would disappear. Well that was not the case. I had a groupon for the superficial vein and I was added to the training classes so I can get some free treatments. All for nothing. When I got home I asked my son to take a picture of the same leg and what I saw was very different from the picture they took. Their camera is set so you don't see the truth. I wish I can add the pictures they took and what I took. They will milk your insurance, then try to milk you. I was told it would cost an additional $2800.00 to fix what they said would be needed to complete. In the meantime, the veins grew so quickly that it's worse than before. 7 months after the last treatment and the veins are way worse then when I first walked in. Waste of time and money. Horrible.
