Arif Ahmad is the rudest, condescending doctor I have ever met. In fact he is so bad I cancelled the day before I was scheduled to be in the hospital.

Love Mather Hospital. Everyone is so efficient , kind and caring. All knowledgeable and compassionate.My Dr. did a great job, although was surprised he didn’t come to see me personally after surgery.

Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Agarwala are fantastic! Pre-op, I met with them both. They both individually checked on me right after my surgery, and are caring with excellent bed-side manner. I had a sleeve revision to a bypass. (Sleeve was done elsewhere). Bypass performed by them was an easier recovery than my sleeve surgery. They are the best in Bariatrics! The office runs very smoothly and everyone there is so helpful. I am only two weeks post op, however plan to utilize the nutrition follow ups and the app features as much as possible. From what I researched, their aftercare program is fantastic!

This practice is a factory. The patient is top priority until they have your money and the surgery is completed. Then the patient becomes a number. Sitting in the waiting room full of patients before my appointment Dr. Ahmad was heard telling staff to, “bring in the new ones first.” Post-surgical complications are not addressed with any sense of urgency and are dismissed. This practice is only concerned about making money.

Horrible personality, arrogant, and rude

Waited in Dr. Ahmad's office for over an hour. There were no more seats and people has to stand. They also has people lined and standing outside the office. Secretary was rude. I finally get taken into a room and wait another 20 minutes for Dr. Ahmad. He was like a machine and rude and extremely abrupt. No bed side manner. Horrible experience would never go there again.

Was a little reluctant at first but the care that was given was phenomenal, The Best Decision Of My Life! No more back and leg pains, breathing is back to normal, (no more C-Pap machine) all my diabetes meds no longer needed . I would recommend this surgery to anyone looking to live a vital lifestyle , it’s a new lease on life !

I can't say enough about Dr. Ahmad and his team. From the very first visit with him at the "Fact finding orientation" I was pleased with the easy going way he explained his work and all the options I had. I never felt any pressure. In fact I was getting antsy about getting the procedure done ! I couldn't wait. I felt they fully explained everything I was going to experience and my own research backed up what they told me.
