Dr. Arnaldo Neves Da Silva, MD

I was really depending on this "doctor" to give me some answers on why I have been having headaches for the past almost 2 years. He was useless. He kept interrupting me, did not listen to me, and continued to assume inaccurate things about me. He rushed through the appointment; in fact, he did not even look at my EKG until my mom asked him how it looked and told him to go look at it. I was nearly in tears by the end of the appointment at how frustrated I was at him. I left the appointment with the same diagnosis as before without him considering any other options, was told that my 15 headaches a month was not that bad, and was just prescribed more medications without actually knowing the root of the problem. The new medication that he gave me did not help me.

I have unusual symptoms and Dr. Da Silva was very thorough about asking me questions so he could reach a diagnosis. He is pleasant, kind, caring, and empathetic. My experience talking to him on this first visit was unusually pleasing because of his attentiveness to understanding what is going on. The office is clean. The staff is efficient and cordial.

I am so happy that I found Dr Da Silva, neurologist. He is kind, gentle, patient, brilliant, and he has helped me so much with my pain and migraine! I am honored that he treats me. Thank you, Dr Da Silva, very much.

I suffer from cluster headaches, a severe form of headache occurring in "clusters" of time. When I saw Dr Da Silva I was in the middle of my cycle(usually lasting 6 weeks of daily headaches often multiple times a day). Over the next few weeks he tried multiple approaches in an orderly progression which resulted in a reduction and intensity of the headaches. As a fellow physician, I can tell you he is a very compassionate and smart physician. Whatever leading interventions are coming out, he is on top of his game. You will not find a better and more friendly doctor to treat your headaches. His office staff is also exceptional and very helpf

Dr. Da Silva was my third neurologist in three months. I was skeptical about going to another Dr and starting over with my medical history. I am glad I kept my appointment, Dr. Da Silva is the most caring and compassionate Dr. I have ever been to. He took the time to listen to me and go over my elaborate and extensive history. I saw Dr. Da Silva today for my initial examination due to migranes and other issues. He spent over one hour with me. It is incredibly rare that a physician takes the time to do the right thing, diagnosis the condition, and help cure the problem. Moreover, he was personable, professional, and extremely well qualified. His office was staff was just as nice and professional.

I have been severing from migraine headaches from some time now and Dr. Da Silva has taking the time to take care of my needs . Everytime I go to my appointments I leave feeling good. I’ve suffered with miserable migraines most of my life, and at 60, after too many specialists, alternative treatments, preventative drugs, diet modifications, non-invasive procedures and surgeries I felt like I’d tried everything. But as any kmigraineurnows, the pain is so unbearable we all keep searching for relief. I finally found Dr. Arnoldo Da Silva, a celebrated neurologist who recently moved here, thank goodness, that my own neurologist wanted me to see. I finally saw him yesterday after having scheduled and cancelled at least 5 times in the past because, ironically, my headaches were too severe to make the appointments. I was advised to try to see him during migraine so I reluctantly dragged myself in and I am so beyond grateful and overjoyed now. I have had ER visits and other doctors in the past who claim they can help in the middle of a migraine and have had either extremely sedation where headache is still present or worsening with doctors who have made valiant but failed efforts, so my expectations were more of the same. I couldn’t have been more wrong. First, they took me right away as they must have noticed my condition, they shut the lights off in the room and the sweetest, kindest doctor came to my rescue. I’ll try to shorten this life changing experience. Dr. Da Silva knew exactly what to do. He asked where my pain was and he took care of it from there. A few minutes later the pain was lessening and as he predicted, it got better and better shortly thereafter. Once I was feeling better he became thoroughly familiar with my medical history and I left with a really tailored treatment plan. I am over the moon and feel so fortunate I was able to be seen by this wonderful man. I also know for break through migraines I can get instant relief now! The whole office staff at Palm Beach Neurology is made up of the nicest, most helpful people ever. They are a medical practice that actually answers the phones. Crazy right? Jeanette is an angel making miracles happen with insurance like I’ve not experienced. She takes all the work out of the patients hands. Maria is the kindest nurse. I’ve never had anything but great experiences there but Dr. Da Silva is, in my opinion, a very humble and sweet Superstar. 10 trillion stars!
