Literally waited over an hour for my apt

I called this office to schedule a routine colonoscopy. That afternoon after my appointment I started thinking about ALL the questions I was asked. I had a feeling this was turning into a diagnostic procedure! Which, I knew my insurance would not cover. I called with my concerns on that very day of my appointment. Well, the office manager finally called me back a week later. As suspected my procedure was filed as diagnostic. I was told Dr. Bravo can not lie about my visit? I never asked him to lie! I am the one who called for this stupid colonoscopy because of my age. My insurance pays 100% for a routine colonoscopy. Anyway, my advice to anyone else who is in need of a routine colonoscopy. Make sure you tell Dr. Bravo you are there for a 'ROUTINE' colonoscopy or he will twist your words making the visit look as if it is diagnostic. Which, pays himself more by your insurance carrier than a 100% paid routine colonoscopy!

Dr Bravo doesn't really care about his patients. He seems to rush through them to hurry and get through his day. Im making sure to tell everyone I know who needs a GI doctor that if anyone ever refers him to think twice because he's not worth the time and especially worth the money.

Dr Bravo and his staff were excellent from accommodating my last minute appointment to educating me on my procedure (Johana) and the procedure itself was quick and Dr Bravo was right in with the findings and explanation

I've been to this Doctor twice. Both times I've been to see him he spent maybe 10 minutes with me at best and had very poor bedside manner. First time he said he was doing 4 blood tests but when I got the orders, it turned into 12! When I came back to the office for a follow up for my results, he told me that one blood test came back positive and didn't give me the exact numbers (I was in shock obviously). I called back and spoke to a very inexperienced Nurse. She indicated that TWO blood tests were positive so at this point, I'm confused. I have a biopsy scheduled later this month and have another appointment scheduled for those results. Regardless of what they come back with I will definitely be seeking a second opinion from another Gastro. Was not impressed.

Before the appointment, I was very hopeful that this doctor could fix my problems. I came in and had a very long waiting time which I usually don't mind because that usually means the doctor spends a lot of time with their patients and care. Nope. He didn't seem to care that I was in a large amount of pain. Dr. Bravo ordered tests and didn't explain why he ordered them when I asked. He just told me that we'll see what happens, and sent me to someone else.

An incredible great doctor, I would recomend this doctor if you are looking for a professional with great medical skills. A +++

This doctor is a fraud. He ordered several expensive tests that I didn't need, costing me over 1,000.00 even with my insurance. All of them came back negative and I still have abdominal pain with no answers!!! I am a healthy person in my 30's. When I was able to get an appointment, I waited for almost an hour and a half each time I was in the office. For what?? His nurses were very rude. While I was waiting to check out, they would talk to me when they needed something, then they would start talking Spanish when they were talking about their personal lives or other patients. Then, they would quickly switch back to English when they needed something from me. They were frustrated when I didn't respond right away to their questions. I guess because I am white they assumed I don't speak Spanish. They are wrong, and they were totally unprofessional!!! I certainly hope that they don't talk about me in front of other patients!!!!

I will always recommend this doctor to all my friends, I called the first time to see a stomach doctor and was very surprise to see him the same day. Staff was very nice and polite. Dr. Bravo, was very nice and immediately scheduled me for test and within 2 to 3 days i had my results and he took care of my problem.Thank you to al his staff and Doctor.

What a great professional! Excellent person, great bedside manners and extremely qualified... I went to see doctor Bravo for a problem in my stomach and he was the very first one to treat me successfully... Highly recomended

The doctor is decent enough. Poor bedside manner. The office staff is the problem...horrible!!! His nurse is right up there with the office staff. I have never meet an office staff that was so incompetent!

I researched Dr Bravo's credentials online - seems that he is really well educated (Harvard, Ford Hospital). He has nice bedside manners. Very pleasant and at the same time very professional. Very good nurses work with him in the Cy-Fair Hospital. I would recommend him to my best friend!

I was looking for a doctor who can speak spanish, and who cares about my abdominal pain, i went with 2 more doctors before and they did not care absolutely, Dr Bravo is very polite and kind person, very carefully with questions and patience listening about all my concerns. 3 days after I had an endoscopy and I spent just 1 hour since I gave my insurance card until i was ready to go back to my home, I thank God for this doctor and for his wisdom. I highly recommend him!
