Dr. Kadivar and staff always take the time to listen to my concerns.I never feel like I'm leaving without all of my issues addressed.

Highly recommend Dr. Kadivar. He is kind, attentive and thorough. My husband has been ill off and on since May of this year. He went to the ER 3 times with symptoms and no one was able to determine the cause.We were desperate to find out what was wrong. We were seeking a new Dr and in my research I happened upon Dr. Kadivar. I read his bio and was encouraged by his background. I called for an appointment and in a short period of time, Dr. Kadivar was able to provide a diagnosis. My husband is now finally in the hospital receiving the treatment he needs. Thank you Dr. Kadivar - we are grateful and look forward to a long relationship. We will not go anywhere else.

I just started going to Dr. Kadivar as I chose him to be my PCP. I was so very impressed with his thoroughness assessing my health. I strongly recommend Dr. Kadivar and his staff!

He doesnt care about your health, all he cares is ordering all these unnecessary tests that will be done in his office so that he can bill them, he reads Echos, dopplers, does scopes, EEGs and what not. Luckily i have a family full of MDs and read the reports done by him and they are full of crap. There are better doctors in Lawton area, please save yourself from this snake oil salesman.

Dr Kadivar is an excellent doctor. He makes time to listen to concerns and fully explains any treatment necessary. When he is needed for an illness his office finds time to see you. My last doctor of three years refused to work me in whim I was sick and referred me to an urgent care clinic. This was the first time in three years I had an illness and yet they couldn’t/wouldn’t see me. Dr Kadivar took me right in and I have remained with him ever since.

It is very easy to make appointment with Dr.Kadivar .He also accept new patient but he pushing unnecessary tests.some were not needed at all.

I have been seeing Doc on a weekly basis for the past few months. With each visit I experienced a very friendly and informative staff. Dr. K was absolutely terrific in explaining short and long term goals along with desired outcomes. I feel really fortunate to have a Doc that really cares.

Dr. Kadivar is more concerned with pushing unnecessary tests and his diet drinks than listening to his patient's health problems. He is a wait and see doctor with no concern about his patient's real health issues. His normal wait is up to an hour or more. It takes him a week to refill medications and good luck with him/his staff returning your calls. The turnover with his staff is sky high. Dr. Kadivar is very dismissive and leaving there, I feel hopeless. Bedside manner isn't too important to me as long as I am getting quality care. With Dr. Kadivar, you get neither.

Dr. Kadivar's saving grace for years was his PA, Carl Berg. Carl Berg left a few months ago and the practice has completely fallen apart. I wait an hour to see him every time. Then he quickly checks my vitals, checks his phone and spends more time on the computer than actually talking with me. He dismisses any concerns or questions and is out of the exam room in 5 minutes or less. Getting refills on any medications is a horrible. I've had to wait a week to get refills and I have to call every single day to make sure they are on top of it. Dr. Kadivar needs to focus on his patients and truly listen to them.

Excellent Doctor and staff

I have been seeing Dr. Kadivar for a while and the quality of care has gone downhill tremendously. It takes entirely way too long for them to refill prescriptions. They claim they send them, but the pharmacy never receives them. I'm on medication that I need and without it, itcan cause life threatening issues. His front office staff are incompetent and do not know how to handle any problems. Nurses never return calls. I also hate that he constantly pushes his diet drinks and supplements and thinks they are a cure all for everything. I'm 20 pounds overweight and I am losing the weight by eating better and running. Dr. Kadivar still thinks I need his diet drinks which are $100 for one month. Then he wants you to buy the supplements which are just as expensive. When you walk into his office, there is a gigantic banner advertising these drinks with commercials for it looping on the TV, as well as brochures in every single room. The silver lining is his PA Carl Berg. He genuinely cares and listens to his patients. He never rushes and makes sure all of your questions are answered and that you are happy with the course of treatment. He has never once pushed those drinks on me. Dr. Kadivar can learn a lot from him.

Changed Doctors for the whole family. After one year we decided he was not the right fit for our family. Our family does not get sick very often, but when we set appointments we expect to not need to worry about filing a malpractice suit. Be very careful. He had to call in another Dr for assistance while preforming a very easy procedure for one. The second mishap was misdiagnosing myself, and sending me home with the wrong treatment. Thank goodness for Urgent Med!!

Very doifficult getting presecriptions properly handled by the staff - many problems.

We can never get prompt service on our refills. We call to request them in adequate time before we run out and have to practically BEG for our medicine. The nurses are RUDE and the wait time is long. The doctor is in and out before we can even get into depth about what's going on. Billing is a joke and there's always mistakes. Always new faces (telling me that that he cannot keep staff.) The only good thing our family can say is that the PA is great and the receptionist is caring, pleaseant, attentive and can make us smile when we dread being there. We are currently seeking a new provider.

he will order every test he can. I had them say to me...you haven't had this test yet, and your insurance will cover it, so let's do it. It wasn't about me, but about the test. He's nice. but he is in cahoots with a diet drink that he tries to get everyone on He is in it for making money. He is nice, and his PA is really nice...but i don't knkow. if you want tests run, go for it. he tried to run a dna test on my husband in reference to diabets..but my husband was there asking for xrays on his back pain in regards to the army..he's a vet...he really likes to push up that bill and make money..he is very thorough, however...if you want that...but...his staff is his weak area.

WOW HE COVERED EVERYTHING....WITHIN A 20 MINUTE VISIT I FELT LIKE I COULD TRUST HIM.

This doc was very comprehensive. I've never had so much covered in one office visit. He had seen me within 5 min. of being roomed. I've never been so impressed with the array of testing offered under one roof. Finally, I don't have to go to 3 separate locations for testing. He' s definitely does more then an avg. family doc. Don't go to him if you just want a "cough and cold" doc. He's way more. I'll definitely be back

he is a joke, like a pitchman trying to sell products : vitamins, ultrasound of your heart. I was there for an ear infection... Will never go back again
