I took my mother for an ear exam with this Man-doesn't deserve the title of Doctor. The woman who checked us in was the only somewhat pleasant person in the office. She was kind of rude to the next patient who apparently was told everything was fine with her referral only to be told once she got there that everything was not fine. Barak Greenfield was uncaring and down right obnoxious. While he was examining my mother, she was about to cough so she decided to put a cough drop in her mouth so she will not cough in his face, he instead of speaking, knocked it out of her hand and it fell on her chest. He did not apologize, my mother took it lightly but I was not appreciative of this action. My mom is 75 years old. The woman who did the hearing test looked like she really didn't want to be there. After the exam, the medication he prescribed was causing health issues, I called his office 5 times to speak to him or anyone who can advise if she can stop or decrease the dosage and NO ONE called back ever! I had to cancel the next hearing test appointment as my mom fell very ill due to the medication prescribed by him. I called twice to cancel the next appointment only to get a call the day before confirming the appointment. I advise that I have already cancelled it. No one talks to each other. Everyone is there just for a pay check, Barak Greenfield included. Everyone hates their job in this office and I am not surprised cause this doctor's attitude, bedside manner and professionalism, for a lack of a better word, SUCKS!

Im a healthcare professional and I really think that Greenfield may have a high level of autism. Just enough to get into Med School. He is clueless on how to function with people and is not capable of communicating in the manner of what patients expect. I feel sorry for him because he really hates his job. This hate spills onto his unlucky staff who become bitter and then take it out on the patients.

Dr. Batak does unnecessarily procedure to you just to make money and charge the insurance. He is really rude and his stuff very unprofessional. Stay a way from this place .

Greenfield is as clueless as they come. Misdiagnosed for months until unnecessarily putting me on prednisone (high dosage) which has awful side effects. Had an appointment with Snyder one day who seems to have a brain in his head and mentioned TMJ. So after months of pain, ear fullness and 100s of $ after insurance I get to start solving the real problem. If you like rude office staff, waiting forever and lacking bedside manners check them out. Good luck finding a parking spot also.

Worst "Doctor" I ever saw. Zero personality. Does not care. Just try asking this idiot a question, and he will just stare at you for 10 seconds. How did this jerk pass the Med School interview??

Terrible! This was a doctor I will not be going back to . First let's start with not one person except the woman doing hearing test that knows how to smile ! This is the most rude and nasty office I have ever been to! I am an office manager in a doctors office and I can't believe what miserable people there are in this surrounding! Not professional at all! This doctor didn't even acknowledge what I was there for he brushed it off and was speaking of something else . Very disappointed with this place and staff especially the woman at front desk NASTY!!!!! A word of advise " your face won't crack if you smile !!!!!" If you hate your job that much quit !

Seriously, he told me "heres how he treats" and used a virus to give me a sore . Its true, you need to file ethics and legal suits against him. I documented all of it and the phone calls. Hes hyperactive so its most likely he has the same problem that his former associate did.. Look them up you will see the arrest.

This Dr is just a disgrace to the medical field! He scheduled me for some testing went into the office to do so the lady that performed the testing was very nice. When it came to the Dr I went into the room he starts looking into my nose with this long object didn't explain what he was going to do before he did it. Then when the lady came In and handed him my results he began laughing and said I needed hearing aids when asked where should I go for them he said that was t his field call your I insurance company. He's a joke don't go to him! How could you tell a patient it's not your field!

The care was excellent. He was able to diagnose my problem very quickly. I felt as if I was in good hands. I got better within a week after a month if being sick.

...third ear nose and throat doctor I saw took care of my sinus problem. He cleared the sinus, no surgery. Hopefully this lasts. But I'm much better than before.

He is not very friendly ! Laughs at you when you ask something. Makes you feel like your being silly . After biopsy, never explained results. When I asked about my concerns he said who cares ... Results were negative . I DO NOT recommend him

In the past my other doctor just assumed he knew what I had and wrote a prescription. Doctor Greenfield did a few tests in his office to make sure I knew what the problem was. Then he gave me the right medicine and cured it.

Due to a supercilious view of patient opinion, perhaps due to a lack of empathy, and worse yet, due to machismo, I find his arrogance and lack of modesty disturbing.

I had a sore throat for months, was concerned about cancer, naturally. Doctor checked out my throat very thoroughly and showed me that it wasn't cancer, but really another problem that wasn't dangerous and could be treated.

I had trouble hearing from one ear which my regular doctor was treating with over the counter medicines. I went to Dr. Greenfield who gave me the right medicine and it cleared up in 3 days.

Quite a number of other patients waiting so I had to wait a bit. Of course it was an emergency so I think they squeezed me in. Figured out what was wrong with me (other ENT didn't know) and I was better in a few days.

One of the worst doctors I have even been to. I am shocked that this man actually has a medical license. He rushes, does not do a thorough examination and is not very friendly. I told him I felt like I had a fever and he did not even have a thermometer in the office! I told him I had a sore throat and he did not even check my glands. Stay away!
