I needed to see someone at Dr. Kemler's office for a condition I was experiencing. There were not openings for a few weeks but I was advised I could get on a waiting list should something crop up. Within two days I was called that something opened up and we booked it. Today was the day and I was due in at 11:20 am. I thought it was 1:20 pm!! My heart was racing, however, the staff were so nice and calming and there just happened to be a cancellation later in the afternoon. They grabbed it for me and called me. I have not experienced such professionalism and kindness in quite awhile. I saw the PA there, Angela Delisle and she was just wonderful and calming and we moved forward. Thanks again to all who were involved.

He spent a lot of time with me (half hour) and covered my whole gastro history concluding with my recent Lab work, tests, endoscopy and colonoscopy. He was very easy to talk to and answered my questions. This is a great way to have a follow up visit when you are not in gastric distress or sick. Recently I called to make a appointment to see Dr. Kemler with Starling Physicians. I was so impressed by the professional greeting along with expedited service. I spoke with Varsha who immediately asked several health questions and perient information. Varsha was very genuine with my concerns and reassured me that Dr Kemler will be notified. Dr Kemler called back shortly after. The professionalism from the receptionist to Dr Kemler follow up was just outstanding. I can’t say enough about how efficient, professional and caring this office is run.

Dr. Kemler is very thorough. He makes his patients feel very comfortable. He shows a lot of concern for them. He wants to be sure that they are fully aware of his findings. He is friendly and helpful.
