Dr. Werries is the absolute BEST. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Werries abilities. Threes surgeries done by him and I've had excellent results.

Dr. Werries spent the right amount of time explaining the procedure from beginning to follow-up. Did an excellent job. Four days after surgery I was back at the hospital to begin therapy. Doing fine after ten months. Would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Werries is a tremendous doctor ! His thoroughness and bedside manner is second to none. He has been a tremendous asset to our community for many years. Sad to see him leave.

I could not have had better care - he has a great bedside manner - follows up and is extremely careful making sure you are fit for surgery and takes great care in guarding you against any type of infection before and after surgery. I know he his leaving the area and if need to have surgery again I will consider going to where he is moving to.

Dr werries is not only an excellent surgeon and diagnostician, he has a very friendly and comfortable manner, and gives very thorough instructions, and information needed to make an informed decision. I chose DSR Werries to replace both my knees. My wife chose Dr Werries to replace her left knee. Both of us had a great experience and a very good result. Dr. Werries has been my orthopedic surgeon for over 5 years. He was always professional, courteous, compassionate and accurate! He always listened to me and explained everything to me including all options for my injuries, what the MRI's showed and answered any and all questions I asked him. I so wish he was not leaving the area, but if I ever live in Florida, I will look him him to see if he would accept me as his patient!

He is professional, thorough, cautious and concerned. He has done total knee replacements on both of my knees; I have had complete recovery of strength and flexibility and no longer suffer with pain.

I have seen Dr. Werries for 10plus years. He is a very very conpetent, caring, skilled, friendly, thorough physician. We are so sad to loose him as he is not only our dr. but our friend, that is a bond most dr's do not have with their patients. Dr. Werries replaced my left knee, also fixed my left broken arm. Have not had a single problem with either one since the surgeries. He has a great bedside manner and is very personable. I would highly recommend him for anybody that needs a reliable and trustworthy orthopedic surgeon. He is truly going to be missed at his Jacksonville, Il practice. He is just wonderful and I can't say enough about it.

Dr. Werries has been my surgeon for many years. He is a fantastic surgeon and would recommend him to anyone. He has a superior personality and report with his patients. Takes time to know what you need and answer any questions to the fullest without feeling he has to hurry out the door and doesn't have time for you. That I think is one of his greatest assets. He will be greatly missed by all of us who have been fortunate enough to have him as our doctor.
