My review is based on Dr. Ditty's office staff. I can not comment on the doctor because I only interfaced with him for about 15 minutes. At that appointment he determined cervical surgery was required and left me with his scheduler who proceeded to say physical therapy would help with obtaining a surgery approval. She said I would receive the phys therapy appt info in a few days. Four days from today will mark one month passing with no communication whatsoever. I have called his office at least 3 times trying to get info and never receive a call back. I should have known better from the first appointment as I observed a staff consisting of one woman answering the phone and handling patient check ins, chaotic comes to mind. Second appointment was at a different location with the same observation. the only difference being the staff consisting of one male wearing and Advanced Auto Parts shirt who proceeded to tell me he had been awake for 72 hours! I ignored these staff problems and continued to expect expert care from Dr. Ditty. Since that obviously is not in my future I decided to return to my regular Neurosurgeon.

Excellent experience with Dr. Ditty fusing my C3 in my neck. I would recommend him highly and definitely use him again. The only doctor to figure out where my pain was coming from.

My experience with Dr. Ditty and his entire office staff was very effective, informative and overall quite positive. They all took their time with me and explained everything in detail that were understandable and conducive to my needs. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of this type of service.

Although I did not like the news I received, everyone was caring and the situation was carefully explained to me.

I had serious right leg pain due to a herniated disk at L4 and L5. My Ortho Dr strongly suggested that Dr. Ditty was the Neurosurgeon I should see. I found him to be confident about what I needed. He delivered exactly what he said with excellent results.

Dr. Ditty and his team went above and beyond to accommodate my circumstances. He was very calming and easy to speak with. He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or that he didn’t have enough time for me. I was very happy with my virtual consultation.

Dr. Ditty & his staff are extremely helpful & courteous. Dr. Ditty performed a miracle on my back.

Dr. Ditty is terrific & the complicated surgery he performed was a great success. He is extremely hands on & very caring.

The medical assistant and physicians assistant were friendly and thorough. Dr was with me for several minutes only.

My visit was in regards to a severely damaged back. From the moment I walked in, everyone was pleasant, helpful and extremely professional. Dr. Ditty, his PA Keli, and his nurse were very thorough. Dr. Ditty reviewed my problems and provided me with potential solutions which was beyond what I expected. I highly recommend the Doctor and the clinic!!!

I want to thank Dr Ditty and his team for the care I received during my back surgery. I only could have dreamt of having my quality of life being returned.
