Dr. Rafii helped me solve a problem I had been having for years! He is a great listener and easy to communicate with. Prior to seeing Dr. Rafii, I was regularly getting sinus infections. He was able to diagnose my issue quickly and he provided a treatment that continues to work. Thank you!!!

The Dr. and his personnel are very professional they went above and beyond by helping my uncle Linares with an ear infection. They are very careful following guidelines for COVID19 protection which makes the patients feel safe and comfortable.

To be honest I was somehow reluctant to go to a young doctor. I thought I would be better off seeing an older specialist who has more experience, but the words of mouth prompted me to make an appointment and go see Dr. Rafii due to my chronic struggle and incessant pain in my ear. Well, 15 minutes into my visit there went my perception, right out the window. I realized despite of his young age, Dr. Rafii is as much if not more knowledgeable than many older doctors, I would highly recommend anyone with ENT issues to go see this wonderful young man.

We brought my father to Dr. Rafii for a weak voice. Dr. Rafii was the 3rd ENT that we consulted with. The two other doctors just shrugged their shoulders and told him he had to just live with it. Dr. Rafii took his time explaining to us all the options to correct his voice. My father underwent a procedure in the office where Dr. Rafii gave him a few injections and within seconds his voice was improved. It was amazing. I really cannot thank him enough for being such a caring, carefull, professional. I highly recommend him.

From the moment I met Dr. Rafii, it was clear that he would do everything in his power to help me find a solution to my difficult health problem...and he did! He went above and beyond what I would expect any doctor to do for a patient. I am so thankful to be able to call him my doctor.

He referred me to a therapy for my vertigo. I called twice in two weeks, the referral never came. Instead, what came was 3 sets of more tests ordered for me approved by the insurance. He never discussed the test to me. when I came for my next appointment, I felt there's a problem. They were asking me if I've done the tests to be discussed for this appointment. They were showing me the approval of the therapy which they never called me.The 3 tests approved by the insurance were not ordered by the doctor but by his staff. She told the doctor "I thought you wanted it done". in other words, that visit was not necessary because there's nothing to discuss. when I told him about my recent dizziness, his answer was " I don't know what caused that dizziness" after asking me some questions. Then he told the girl to give me an appointment after 3 months. I said for "For what?" Then I left. I'll never go back to that office. IF THE STAFF ARE INEFFICIENT, WHAT DOES IT TELL YOU ABOUT THEIR BOSS? Imagine staff can write orders without the doctor asking for it. Staff receiving the order for therapy and just kept it in the file.
