I feel that the entire staff was very courteous and made sure I was not only comfortable, but also took the time to answer any questions I may have had. Dr.Schneeberger made himself available prior to my procedure and also afterwards which was reassuring.

Dr Ben did a great job of explaining the procedure and going over the results. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Schneeberger and everyone at GI Associates that treated me were about the best group of people I hav ever had. From the lady at the reception desk to the nurse that walked me to my car. All were professional and caring yet kept a light and pleasant mood. If a person has to have this type of procedure, this is the place to go.

Dr Ben is a highly skilled GI doctor.and diagnostic specialist! He is thorough in discussion regarding test results. Giving less than perfect news to a patient, is not an easy task. Dr Schneberger reports to the patient with compassion and care!! And supporting staff is wonderful.

Generally one approaches medical procedures with trepidation. In this case I couldn’t have had a better physician He is very professional. He completely talked me through the procedure and asked me before and after if I had any questions. Talking with him was easy and a real pleasure. He has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him to others.

The Doc is good people, for sure. Takes good care of you, knows what he is about, and doesn't ever try to rush or push you. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat, and I have.
