Dr Collins is the best of the best! I have been going to see Dr Collins for over a year and it feels as though I’ve known her for so much longer. She is personable, kind, understanding and most of all listens to all of my concerns and needs. I recently had cosmetic facial surgery and she did an outstanding job! I couldn’t be happier with my results. She’s brilliant at what she does. I also have been getting some Botox and different facials and lazers to keep up the health of my skin. The team Dr Collins has is exceptional as well. I’ve gotten facial treatments and Botox by Jess the RN and she is the sweetest and so good at what she does. Dr Collins and her team have made me feel so beautiful in my skin. I would give Dr Collins 10* if I could!

Jessica was my provider. I have only had injections from plastic surgeons or dermatologists in the past so I was slightly anxious about the result she would achieve from a first session. She has a lovely demeanor and spent a good amount of time discussing my prior experience with botox and the results I was hoping to achieve. She placed injections in sites under my eyes (for crow's feet) that I was initially concerned about and I am now floored that no other doctor had done this area. I am completely thrilled with the results. I had three areas done and I told her I wanted to be pretty much frozen. She did it and I am very, very happy with the results. The staff is friendly and welcoming and my appointment was perfectly prompt. It was a 5 Star experience.

I am a doctor myself, so I understand the process of patient care and what it takes to meet the medical needs of patients. What sets Dr Collins apart, aside from her technical surgical skill, is her compassion and ability to listen and deliver outstanding, realistic results. She deals kindly and compassionately with her patients, and ensures they never feel alone in the treatment process. Dr Collins has my highest recommendation not only as an outstanding plastic surgeon, but as one of the finest physicians in any field that I have known.

When making appointment for filler around lip area I asked if they had juvederm xc (yes she said my appointment was Scheduled that afternoon. )Receptionist was very nice , they called me in for pictures and numbed my lip area. Then after 25 minutes while getting numb the nurse who was lovely very professional, said we don’t have the kind of juvederm you wanted we must be out , so we discussed another product similar I was hesitant at first to try a new product . she was very helpful explaining differences so I said ok I will try it since I’m numb and been here for a while , she returned again saying I’m so sorry we do not have that product in either . Upon my leaving I was upset and wanted to speak to Dr. so I waited and waited and watched her take other people . When she finally came out we had a discussion and she said she does not use juvederm anymore she doesn’t think the product is as good as restylane and that some patients Had issues. What made me so upset is the nurse who does this all day long never said that to me ? Why would a Dr. lie make this up. Instead of saying she is sorry but we made a mistake all she kept saying was we have all different kinds of products why don’t you want to try them ??! That’s not the issue because if she listen I was willing to try something very similar. and not once did she even admit to being wrong or make good on her wrong. I think her bedside manner is just not on point. Dr Collins did ask me to not say anything else to other people about what happened at front desk with other possible clients coming in and I didn’t listen and told them the truth while I was waiting for her ! She also got upset when I told the front desk I was going to do review I guess she cares about this . Be aware here !

Went to Dr. Collins' office to get Botox injections for the first time. The office itself was beautiful! Not only did the staff make me feel completely welcomed, but the treatment was painless. Most importantly, the results were exactly what I had hoped for. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Dr. Collins exceeded my expectations with my scar revision. I’ve also had other services from her and she is always very honest and extremely qualified. She is a perfectionist and I trust her opinion so much!

Dr. Collins is attentive to you, cares about concerns and questions you have and, still shows this after surgery. Her staff is very helpful and informative. She did a wonderful job on my surgery. I am very happy with the results.

I had a breast reduction and lift about a yr and a half ago to help alleviate back/neck pain. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the results or the experience. They totally downplayed the recovery. It was extremely painful. I had very saggy breasts. She removed a lot of "side boob" but I was left with these 2 inch protruding bumps of excess skin from where she cut and sewed the skin back together. She said she could remove them right in the office by just cutting away the excess bulging skin but i had to pay $1,000. I don't have the money so I'm left with these bumps sticking out which can be irritated with a lot of arm movement. Although I am very happy with the shape/size of my breasts (from a DD to B), my nipples now sit at the very top of my breast almost off the breast and on my chest. One is also totally off centered. I now feel freakish and I'm embarrassed to be topless in front of my husband of 20 yrs. My insurance will not cover corrective plastic surgery and I can't afford to pay out of pocket

I called Dr. Collins’ office to schedule a consultation and was quoted a price for laser resurfacing. At the appointment a week later, the staff quoted me a price that was almost double the original quote. When I asked about the difference, I was told that the price had changed. I made the appointment based on the quoted price and feel that it was a bait and switch. When I asked for a refund of the consultation fee of $150, the staff was very slow to respond and always has an excuse for their slow response. It has been weeks since the request, and I am being told that the only way to get a refund is if I take down any poor reviews. This office cares more about reviews than patients. I am so disappointed and do not want this to happen to anyone else. It is worth not getting a refund to save another person from this type of service.
