We have used Dr McBay for years. It is hard to find a Dr like him these days. He will really listen to you as a patient and really care about your health as a person. I would reccomend Dr. Mcbay to anyone for anything! If he cant fix you he makes sure he gets you to the specialist that can. One of a kind special man and dr.

Dr. Mcbay has been our family physician for the past 12 years. He has been the most compassionate and caring doctor I've ever met. His staff has always been courteous and expedient in assisting my family. We have followed Dr. McBay through his medical practice travels since he first moved to Conway. To us, there is no greater. We love you, Doc, and pray you will always have the greatest of success. You have been a true gift to us!

Great doctor

Dr McBay and his staff are some of the most nice and caring medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by! Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses were very polite and friendly. Dr McBay himself was wonderful! I have been to three doctors about my condition and was totally dissatisfied by their level of actual CARE. Dr McBay listened to everything I had to say and was very down to earth, had excellent bedside manner, and spent all the time i needed actually HELPING me. He treated me like a person- not just a number or another person to fork over some cash. I would absolutely recommend his practice to anyone... He is a all around nice guy and great physician!

I have been a patient of Dr. McBay's for several years. Most likely he saved my life extending the time I have with my family due to his stand on pushing for the right answer to my issue a few years ago. As long as Dr. McBay is in practice he will be my PCP and I recommend him to anyone.

My intent seeing Dr. Mcbay was to establish a PCP and get help with chronic pain symptoms for a short term until I could gain the strength to restart alternative methods. I've been treated with pain meds in the past, took time off from that, but basically needed to restart because my condition worsened. This doctor gave me less than a minute to discuss what my issues were, my medical history, and my intentions before telling me he wouldn't help me at all and tried pawning me off to long term pain management, which I specifically told him I had no interest in. He exhibited very poor listening skills, jumps to conclusions hastily, interrupts, and worst of all before I could talk to him about other issues he got up and abruptly ended the appointment saying "I didn't get you nuthin' so you don't owe me nuthin'" as if he was some kind of used car pill salesman. Clearly he had me pinned as a doctor hopping pill junkie of sorts before he even looked at my stack of medical records which outlined all the issues I've been battling for 6+ years and the many procedures and specialists I had visited throughout that time. This was the most humiliating doctor's visit I've ever had and would not recommend this joker personally to anyone that needs more than a script for antibiotics, very disappointing especially after reading and hearing good things about him.

Dr. McBay is the absolute BEST doctor I've ever had. I would NEVER want to have to see another doctor, except that I had to move out of the area. I've even considered trying to make it where I could schedule any appointments for when I'm back in town. He is the most caring and thorough doctor I've ever had. The only drawback to seeing him is the waiting room wait to see him, however, I GURANTEE he makes up for it with the visit. He doesnt' herd his patient's through like cattle. He makes SURE to take whatever time his patients need with each one. He is AWESOME and you couldn't ask for better.
