I recently had surgery to correct an extremely painful bunion. I first consulted Dr. Moore about three years ago - he was very patient and explained how the entire procedure would be. Finally after reaching the exasperation of this painful condition I decided to have the procedure done. Dr. Moore was the BEST! I made aware of every single step that would be taken - I was well informed and ready to move forward. I am a couple of weeks into recovery and everything is going well. Dr. Moore is genuine in his care for his patients, I am so very happy I found him and would highly recommend him. Thank you for this opportunity for me to share my experience.

I crushed my big toe, the weight was so heavy that my toe was blown open. 27 stitches were needed to close the side of my toe. I was very lucky that Dr. Moore was the Dr. who the hospital called. I do not have any problems with the toe. Thank you Dr. Moore

I can't imagine having gone to any other orthopedic surgeons. Dr. Moore has it all. Easy to talk to. Takes time to explain everything and answer every question. Great bedside manner. Excellent follow-up. But most importantly, Dr. Moore is a world-class surgeon. I had a fairly complex combination of injuries to my right foot. He put everything back together. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Blew out my Achilles, was seeing another practitioner for nonsurgical intervention with no results, and eventually went to Atlantic Orthopaedic. Saw Doctor Moore, the foot and ankle specialist, and he is been nothing but extremely professional and the quality of the care I've received has been immeasurable. Had surgery on both the Achilles and to separate the calf muscle to aid in healing , five weeks later and I'm walking with no pain with no medication. If you have foot/ankle issues, this is the doctor you need to see, and Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists is the practice you need to use.

Dr. Blake Moore did my left Achilles Tendon surgery. I feel extremely blessed that he was my surgeon. He prepared me for the surgery and the post-op. He made sure I had paperwork for the DMV handicap sticker and his nurse made sure that my scooter was ordered and delivered before the surgery. He took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as my husband's. Because of his comprehensive post-op instructions, after one year, I'm totally recovered. I would highly recommend Dr. Moore to any of my friends in need of his services. Whenever I am in the exam room, I feel that I am his top priority, he never seems to rush. Dr. Moore did an excellent job treating my mother. He fixed an issue caused by another doctor. He explained things so we could both understand, was decisive and quick with a treatment plan, and took the time to answer all our questions. In addition, he and his entire staff treated us both like family. A truly great experience! We will come back to him in the future if needed.

I consider myself very lucky that Dr Moore was available for emergency surgery the day I broke my ankle. I severely broke my ankle requiring a plate and 10 screws. 3 quick months later and I’m recovering nicely! Thanks to Dr Moore and his very capable staff for answering all my questions and guiding me through my recovery.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Moore. When I broke my ankle, I was devastated. It was pretty life changing for me. As a business Atlantic Orthopedic runs a tight ship. The staff are all kind, capable and I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. They are efficient from the front of the office to the back. I have been to three specialists and Dr. Moore is the most impressing foot and heel doctor around. He was willing and able to work with me for well over a year to hold off surgery on my driving foot. He was empathetic and has a kind manner about him. When I was ready for surgery he actually had the nurse call me for a faster appointment due to a cancelation. I left surgery and my ankle is pain free. He put two huge bolts in my heel and cleaned up a lifetime of arthritis. I wish I had done this years ago. He is a master of craftsmanship and my body feels better now than it has in years!! Dr. Moore is on the top of my list for BEST ALL AROUND!!

If I could give Dr Moore 10 stars I would but only 5 allowed. Dr. Moore operated on my foot twice. Once to reconstruct my foot and then to replace my ankle. Both surgeries were extremely successful He is a a wonderful surgeon with a great bedside manner. He really cares about his patients I waited way too long to get treatment and when I finally did I really was not able to walk very well Now I am walking everywhere and with no pain. I highly recommend him.

He unfortunately has made my foot way worse. In addition was treating my other previously non problematic foot, which now is worse than my problem foot I came in for. I never could understand why he was treating the unrelated foot. I'm in constant excruciating pain now. I wake at night with severe cramping in my arch that causes me panic attacks and wakes me up screaming in pain. I need to immediately stand coming out of deep sleep or I cannot tolerate the pain. I have zero quality of life at this point. I can barely function. I cannot be on my feet long at all, Im getting worse sleep than ever, which never was terrific. My intial pain was situational. I could find ways to tolerate and alleviate my pain, or avoid triggers for it. Now, I cannot do that. The pain is relentless. His office was more worried about this being Friday. His receptionist is out of the office and allegedly monitoring "emergent" calls. I guess this does not qualify. They offered me an appointment in a MONTH. So yeah. Not good in any sense.
