Dr. Blake Allen Little, MD

Dr. Little saved my life a few years ago when I was seven months pregnant and had bacterial pneumonia and sepsis. I was critically ill. He was incredibly dedicated and caring. I would recommend him highly to anyone. And my family and I are forever grateful to him!

I was referred to the Berryville Sleep Lab. Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful. Dr was working thru the new telemedicine I have read about. Quick, easy, good experience. Tim and Lisa were kind and helped me later when my mask didn't fit right. I give them all a "two thumbs up!"

For whatever reason, a patient can never reach him OR the Mercy Sleep Clinic in Berryville, AR. This is horrible for patients and an inexcusable practice. His staff does not care. What is going on?

He spent 5 minutes with me. Looked at me and said there is nothing I can do for you. No suggestions, no referrals, no sympathy.I have RLS.

I've never seen a more unprofessional Dr's office before. I was told my appt would be at a certain time. I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork and was told that the doctor wouldn't be there for another 45 minutes. When I inquired why he wouldn't be there on time, I was told that I was mistaken about the appt time. When I tried to clarify what I had been told over the phone while setting the appt, she simply stated that I must be lying since that's not what she told me. I would never recommend someone that's treats clients like this and will never use his services again.

i HAVE never seen this doctor...perhaps he briefly reviewed the results of my sleep study remotely, but I have never met this guy and my insurance paid the claim yet he still reports $400 delinquent on my credit report which is hurting my chances to get a parent student loan for my son's college education.

Getting in to see Dr. Little is no different than any doctor who accepts Medicaid (or equivalent). And, you may wait a bit at the office to see him, and the attitude of his staff may even drive you from the building steaming or in tears. Are you looking for suck-ups and charm? Go elsewhere. Do you have a serious ailment that you need a real and lasting solution to? Get over the receptionist. Besides Sleep Disorders, Dr. Little also specializes in COPDs. I have a horrifying mixture of conditions that put me in the ER 2-3 times a year for way too long. After a visit or two with Dr. Little, I was FINALLY given proper treatments and the correct diagnosis and medications. That was in 1996. I am writing this in 2011, and I have not been back to the ER when I had the medications he prescribed for me since then. 15 years, my life has been 100% changed; many times over improved. Is it worth putting up with a bit of attitude? You better believe it. To those of you who can't sleep or breathe, I say, "You want to live your life? Really live, not just get by? Go see Dr. Little!"

This doctor is outstanding at major obstructive sleep apena. He is a credit to his profession

The office staff acted like I was a nuisance and was in their way. On my first visit I didn't even get to meet Dr. Little just the nurse practitioner. The second visit I actually met Dr. Little who prescribed a medication for me and told me to call on a particular day to let him know how it worked. I did as I was told and again, I was a total nuisance to the office staff. I don't think I will going back.

dr little helped me with sleep apnea and i was pleased as he was very helpful. But when i had a problem with my medicaid his office staff was very rude and would not help or listen.For that reason only I will find another dr next time if needed.
