Dr. Bradley Lawrence Freilich, MD

I have had a very bad experience with this office with scheduling, with getting results from test as well and not give a proper diagnosis for my health issues. No call backs , no explanations, and most of important a lack of concern for my health and symptoms was just ignored . There was not any interest in trying to solve my Gastric Issues. Would not recommend this office to anyone unless you want your health to continue to fail. Had a Colonoscopy done 4 weeks ago and no one has called to discuss my results or see what can be done to elevate my pains. Poor patient care manners.

SINCE MAY 2018 - I HAVE BEEN GIVEN DIFFERENT RESULTS OF LIVER TESTING BY THIS OFFICE -- I ALSO FEEL THEY (DR FREILICH) AND STAFF ARE NOT CONCERNED FOR MY HEALTH. I HAVE ONLY SPOKEN TO DR FREILICH ONCE DURING MY DIFFERENT VISITS TO HIS OFFICE AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM TO SPEAK WITH ME PERSONALLY ON ANY TESTING AND RESULTS -- HE HAS FAILED TO DO SO. ---

Dr Freilich was my dr.back in 1999 to 2000. I trusted him with my life then and if I had to again I would now.

The entire group are excellent, They take care of all of your questions in an adult way.

If you are ever in a hospital setting pray you never have to see this man. After waiting 12 hours for him to show up he walked in said I'll be back I need to look st your chart and never came back.

I recently started going to Dr. Freilich and my experience has been similar to that of a rollercoaster ride. I got a pretty serious diagnosis and after a slew of tests to determine how serious the disease was my calls get ignored as I seek results and I never get called back. Further, one nurse told me one thing (when they finally returned my calls) and another told me something else. I'm still waiting on accurate results and its been 2 weeks for something that should have only taken a week at the most. Very frustrated to say the least and I doubt that anyone would willingly subject themselves to such treatment.

Dr. Freilich is ALWAYS very friendly and caring . Emily should also be commended . She does a GREAT job . The diagnosis and treatment from this Dr. and staff is very reassuring.

I have been under Dr Freilich's care for over 2 years. He's an excellent doctor with great bedside manner. I also really enjoy interactions with JaNay Kessinger. All the staff are extremely professional. I appreciate getting appointment reminders and reminders to set up an appointment to monitor my condition and check my status. I'm glad I found this practice.

I saw Dr.F a number of years ago for a problem that seriously affected my life style.Having seen several other doctors, he was the first one to just keep after it until it was fixed. Returned today,years later in complete confidence he will again get me straightened out. Office always friendly, efficient, he is very thorough and patient in his questioning,No diagnosis yet as tests yet to be done.

I have been seeing Dr Freilich and Janay the nurse pratictioner for a few years. They are both amazing and the staff is wonderful. I had hepatitis and was so scared. They took the time to explain in detail what it ment to me and my family and what options I had. They were able to treat me and now I am cured. They are really miracle workers. Thank you a thousand times.

The most memorable for me was reading Dr. Freilich's profile and choosing him as my Specialist. After meeting his office staff and NP Kissinger & after my biopsy I knew I had made the right choice . After my first visit with Dr. Freilich I felt a big cloud had lifted off my shoulders, and that I was hopeful and could be positive once again. I would absolutely recommend Him to my friends. I certainly would choose Dr. Freilich again.

My experience at Kansas City Gastroenterology & Hepatology was very good. The staff was friendly and kind as well as knowledgeable. The doctor was easy to talk to and was very willing to answer questions. The office space was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this office/doctor to family and friends.

Excellent doctor and helpful staff, especially the nurse. I would highly recommend.

I've been seeing Dr. Freilich for over a decade now. When i was referred, my PCP told me Dr. Freilich was the best GI doc in the city. I've had Crohn's disease for 30 years. I've had a lot of GI docs. I've been with Dr. Freilich the longest. There's something to be said for doctor familiarity with patient and the patient with the doctor. It's called experience. Logically, the more experience a doctor has with treating his patient...the better he/she is able to address chronic illnesses like Crohn's. And the patient has a better comfort level and more confidence in the doctor. It's a relationship. Dr. Freilich and his staff have been there through some tough times for me over the years. Through his medication interventions, dietary suggestions and just being kind and considerate whether over the phone or in the office i have been able to manage my disease through acute episodes into periods of stability and remission. Thank you.

The Dr. Freilich and the staff are very professional. The nurses are kind, and the nurse practitioner takes the time to explain the procedures or if you are taking a medication how the medications works. The Dr. Freilich and his staff always get back to the patient very fast and are efficient in holding appointments by working with the patient to make sure they understand the time and date for medical visits.

Dr Freilich is not only a great doctor, but an amazing person. He has treated me for Ulcerative Colitis. I am now in remission. At one of my worst times, he took my hand and told me that we would get through this together. He is very supportive and encouraging. He has a wonderful staff and my experience through this process has been very satisfactory. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help in this type of illness.

Dr. Freilich took time to explain everything to me and all of my options. He was patient in answering my questions. I would highly recommend him, especially for those with Hepatitis. The office staff and nurses are awesome.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Freilich for several years. He is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, very compassionate, and we have complete confidence in him as well as the rest of the doctors and staff in his office. The reason I did not rate "accurate diagnosis" as 4 star is simply due to the fact that after several tests during my last hospitalization, none of the doctors could come up with a definite diagnosis. When he was treating my husband in 2008, he did determine what was wrong with him, and, with proper medication was able to make my husband better. As far as his bedside manner or spending time with us -- he has always been there to listen. As far as him being abrupt -- he's never been that way with either me or my husband. We both love Dr. Freilich, Dr. Jafri, and their nurse Emily. Never have we had a bad experience with any of the staff or Drs.

Accuracy of information by the office has been a concern . Did like the doctor and nurse practioner
