I have been a patient of Dr Waters for more than fifteen years. He has performed two joint replacement surgeries on me which went as well as I had hoped. Fifteen years ago he referred me to a colleague in Seattle for surgery because in his opinion the procedure that was in my next interest just was not done in our small community. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Dr Waters skills and integrity! In addition, he is a very personable and caring man.

Excellent surgeon.. Has an excellent personality which makes it easy to converse with him while making important decisions regarding your health care. He has done multiple surgeries on my knees and feet and I totally trust his expertise and skill.

personable, seemed to listen and understand concerns, follow-up after surgery was congenial, however, the leg with the new hip joint was almost an inch shorter than it was. Very disappointing! He didn't understand why.

Don't go to this doctor for back problems. He has no empathy for patients with pain.

Several years ago my son had a very unusual and severe tear almost all the way through the middle his meniscus. Dr. Watters performed an experimental surgery to repair (not cut away) the meniscus and my son had an outstanding recovery--returning as a three sport athlete. Being a year-round athlete my son has had several other injuries over the years and has always received the best of care from Dr. Watters. Dr. Watters also performed a hip replacement for my mother-in-law with excellent results. Not only is Dr. Watters an excellent surgeon, he has the best of bedside manners, and takes time and great care with is patients! He even stayed an hour over the clinic closing one time to explain my son's injury and to talk over treatment options and spent that whole time with us. You won't find a better doctor!
