I like Dr.Lebed and trust him with my care. He is kind, knowledgeable and professional. I never hesitate to suggest him to others for care. My issue is with the front desk staff and telephone staff. The telephone takes forever to get through and then you can be forwarded to voice mail for wrong person who isn’t there anyway. In the past for my yearly visit part of my tests were ordered half were not. This year I knew exactly what was required but it still took multiple calls and talking to a supervisor to make sure I had everything I needed. This visit they have changed the process and everything is lined up in accordance with my one year visit. This appears more organized and I’m hopeful all will be smoother now. In spite of my frustration with the office staff I would not want any Doctor but Dr.Lebed.
