I had an over bite and i am glad that I got my jaw surgery which benefited me aesthetically. Before the surgery I have received a billing paper in detail on what the procedure will be like and what they are charging me for. On paper I was charged to get my upper jaw cut in more than one places to pull it forward as well as to expand it. My upper jaw has only been pulled forward but it was not expanded as what they charged me with and all the details were on my billing paper. I kept looking for an orthodontist to get me a pallet expander but they said that to widen my upper jaw I would need surgery for which Dr. Brian B Farrell should have performed but he hasn't. My upper jaw is shifted to the right a little and my center teeth do not match with my upper and lower jaw. This problem causes my k nine teeth to grind against each other from the inside. I had to shave my teeth a lot and it still didn’t help. He seemed like a nice guy but I don’t know why my surgery was performed with dishonesty. Doctors shouldn’t charge patients for things that they will not do. I have the proof on my billing paper and I also have my X Ray’s. I recommend to go through everything in detail before any surgery as to not be in my position.
