Dr Broker is a patient care and safety first doctor. Visits are through, timely and for me productive. He always explains the reason for any care decisions. Glad my primary physician recommended him

I like the doctor a lot but the staff isn’t great. One time they waited until I was in the office (and parked in Valet) to tell me my appointment had been scheduled at a time the doctor wasn’t there yet. A phone call could have saved me gas and $6.

Dr. Broker saw me within fifteen minutes of my appointment and spent over twenty minutes with me diagnosing my problems. He is compassionate, soft spoken, and answered all of my questions. In addition, he kept asking me if I had any questions after explaining things to me. It was evident from the beginning that Dr. Broker cared greatly about me. He gave me two scripts for additional tests. He is highly qualified as an ENT/Allergy Specialist and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Broker is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring, easy to talk to, and asked numerous times if I had any questions to make sure that I understood everything that he told me. I only had a fifteen minute wait, and was given the appointment to see him three days after calling. Dr. Broker took his time with me and sent me to get more tests to nail down my problem. I highly recommend him!

Professional, clean office. Dr. Broker was personable and great with my 6 yr old daughter. Thorough exam. Hearing test. All done at the office.

Dr. Broker is very thorough and provides clear explanations. I originally saw Dr. Broker for a phantom smell, that still occurs, but I now understand what it is. The huge difference is that diagnosing the phantom smell, I went through allergy testing and tested positive for certain allergens. I was prescribed an allergy medication and since then, I have not suffered from consistent bouts of bronchitis, pneumonia. I wish I was referred to him sooner!

After seeing 5 specialists and spending around 3k (With health insurance!) Dr Broker gave me my life back in 2 visits. He is very knowledgeable and listened to me very carefully. My only reason for not giving him 5 stars is his office manager at the Phoenixville office. I needed some documents to be filled out in a special way for my company’s HR and this lady was not helpful at all

Outpatient surgery at this practice at Bryn Mawr Hospital is actually done in a stand-alone surgical center in the KMart shopping center in Wayne. This is a Phoenixville Hospital practice with a small BM office, so they send their outpatient surgery to PH's Wayne surgical center even though BM Hospital has a good outpatient surgery center. They tell you about Wayne after all the papers are signed and the surgery scheduled. Try to cancel and they ignore you or get angry. There is a $300.00 cancellation fee if you cancel within two weeks. Call the surgery center yourself to cancel and go to Lankenau or center city.

Always curteous and efficient, Dr Broker takes the time to explain things in a language that I can understand. He is a very skilled surgeon but he never makes me feel rushed in the office. He has operated on me and my son and did a great job.

Doc is nice, but not an expert on traches. Which is OK, but it would have been nice if he had said so and referrred us to somebody else rather than kept us. Had more than one instance where we ended up with the wrong trache tube due to his lack of information.Also have never waited as long for ANY doctor as for this one. It was not uncommon to have to wait one or two HOURS for him
