Dr. Chilelli and his staff has made the experience of a surgery a great one. Everyone is caring and personable.

I saw Dr. Chilelli as a second opinion. He was polite, thorough, and spent a lot of time explaining my condition. I chose to have surgery and am beyond thankful for his recommendation and treatment. Overall couldn't have asked for better care.

I have seen this doctor multiple times. Extremely happy with the care I have received. Very thorough and listens. I'm now pain free!

Saw him about 2 weeks ago for the first time. I wish I had done some research prior to scheduling but I was in pain, my bad. I was trying to repeat back to him what I thought he was saying and I think he thought I was questioning his ability. The staff was nicer but I didn't come for the staff. Very rude, abrupt, poor bedside manners. Seek someone else if you have time to research. I see either you love or hate him, so I'm guessing either he has bogus reviews or maybe he only likes a certain kind of patient.

Dr. Chilelli is an associate of the ortho my primary recommended, who didn’t have an opening - I saw Chilelli instead - I should have waited for an opening. He was abrupt, said to wait to ask questions after he provided a thorough and detailed explanation, if I still had any. I felt condescended to. His response to whether I needed an MRI was “I’m not opposed to it.” I expected a yes or no... had to ask if it was necessary for a diagnosis. Lesson learned: wait for the opening. Now I’m waiting longer to see a different ortho. Very disappointed.

Dr. Chilelli does a great job of diagnosing and fixing problems. He diagnosed my torn rotator cuff and performed surgery. 6 months out, I'm pain free. I would 100% recommend.

Dr. Chilelli seems to enjoy inflicting pain on patients. I have had both cortisone and gel injections in both of my knees and he seems to fly in and out in under a minute. He left me in a room in tears due to the pain he inflicted. Never asked if I needed anything, was I even to catch my breath after the pain he inflicted......nothing. It's drive by medicine and I will never see him again. I have had several surgeries and never met a doctor like him that seems to enjoy inflicting pain then walking out with out a word to the patient. DO NOT GO TO HIM !

Dr. Chilelli did my 2nd meniscal surgery. He not only spent time with me reviewing my images, he presented many options, answered ALL my questions, and had a great bedside manner which is usually not the case with surgeons. I am a nurse so making sure my knee is functional is so important to me. I felt ease and nothing but confidence in him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Chilelli has been my physician for more than one orthopedic condition. Its great being able to see a physician who has so much knowledge in multiples orthopedic conditions. I know that walking into his office I'm going to leave happy and with an accurate diagnosis. Its nice to go to an office and actually feel like the physician cares about your well being and doesn't leave you questioning why you went to see them. He gives great detail on your condition and makes sure you understand prior to leaving the exam room. I'm honored to have found such a fantastic Orthopedist. Thank you for the great service!

I was very disappointed with this Dr. I went in for a knee injury. While I got in pretty quickly the amount of time spent in the room was minimal. He came in for about 1 minute then left. When he came back in he did minimal manipulation before finishing. His nurse spent more time than he did. Even when he was in the room he seemed distracted and didn't want to listen to what I had to say. In my opinion he did a drive-by.

The doctor and his assistant are both great. My first visit I was fit into the schdule on a very busy day, but the service I received was outstanding. My testing was done within 48 hours and the physician personally called me with my results. I'm very greatful there are still good physicians out there. Thank you.
