Dr. Brian Mullin Clark, MD

Dr. Clark is amazing. I was having endometriosis surgeries every 2-3 years. The last surgery I had with him was 2012. It is now 2023. Every year I had during that time was a gift from that horrible illness. I am now 51, not feeling well. A few things were found on a CT scan. I am going to make an appointment to discuss if I need another cleanout and to discuss my results. Having him as a surgeon changed my life.

This doctor and his staff did not, let me repeat, did not, do their homework at all, and the result was poor performance

Not prepared at all when we first met with him even though there was plenty of time to review the case

I struggled for a long time with fibroids. Even during the chaos of coronavirus, Dr Clark was still willing and able to make sure I had a better quality of life and I am forever grateful.

I suspected that I was having early miscarriages around my period except that I never got a positive test. Unfortunately, Dr Clark told me that it was impossible that I was getting pregnant every month given my age, as women my age have a 5% chance of pregnancy. I asked for progesterone which he generously prescribed orally, but now I know that progesterone needs to be given vaginally or intramuscular to be effective. We tried hCG shots one month which did not make a difference. These can make a difference if you have thin lining issues from what I researched. The hCG blood tests were also showing up negative per the office. I think that I was getting them drawn too late but the office also never notified me of results. It was not until consulting with an MD at CCRM in Boston, who also did not believe that I was getting pregnant every moth, but prescribed progesterone to be taken vaginally, that I had my first positive pregnancy test but miscarried at 6 weeks. Going the IVF route now, but I would not personally recommend Boston IVF, where Dr Clark's refers. The atmosphere was cold and seems like they don't have as good results as other clinics. Would recommend CCRM, however. In short, Dr Clark was very kind at the beginning of my treatment and I was grateful that he listened to some of my suggestions of treatment. However, when I started to push back, I could tell he was getting frustrated. His office staff can also be less than responsive. Took many phone calls to get my records transferred to CCRM. Through all of this, became empowered to know my own body and cycles which is vital. Take charge of your fertility because you'll get better care this way. Would recommend the following resources: "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" (book), "Conceivability" (book) "Fertility Friday" (podcast) and acupuncture. I only hope that this is read and learned from. No one is perfect.

Being riddled with health issues in addition to today's constant battle with health insurance, I'm not sure where I would be without Dr. Clark. He listens...really listens! He cares and does what's best for his patients. I'm beyond thankful I was referred to him!

I donâ??t know how he is because I have very bad experience from his office located in 119 Belmont st Worcester. The staffs that work in front disk and make schedule and appointment are very rude and they donâ??t know how to treat the patient; they keep the patient on hold for hour and then hanging the phone. Now I am confused if the offices staffs are like this how with be the doctors there. Should I keep my appointment with him or cancel?

Dr. Clark is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. He didn't take my infertility concerns or questions seriously. He seemed unfriendly and distracted. This doctor has the worst bedside manner of just about any doctor I've ever seen.He is rude and just and just don't care about your concern. Go elsewhere.

Starting in 2008 I started to notice that something was wrong with my belly (girly issues). I went and seen a few doctors at both Baystate Medical located in Springfield, MA and Holyoke Medical located in Holyoke, MA. To make this simple, all doctors advised me of the wrong information and right out refused to work with me in regards to treatment. In 2011 I decided to do some research and was given Dr. Clarke's name... HE WAS AMAZING... First visit I knew what was wrong with me and was given a few options to correct it. Its taken all the other doctors three years to what felt like PROCEEDING to put me on the back burner and Dr. Brian Clarke two months to get me back to great health. In my option Dr. Clarke is a genius and my hero!!! I highly recommend everyone to see him!!!

Everytime I had an appointment I had to wait 45 minutes or more. When I was doing ivf the nurses were extremely rude (especially Mary)and never explained things even when I asked questions. After my last ivf I received a call from one of the nurses who told me the ivf nurse was off that day and I would received a call from her the next day. I never got a call back. I know three people who have gone to this doctor and none of them had any good results. Don't go here, go to a doctor who has better results and a nicer more professional staff.

My last ob-gyn who took exceptional care of me for over 15 years retired. I did not think I would ever find another doctor who would listen and care about my many complex gynecology issues. Dr. Brian Clark exceeded my expectation and I am so thankful for expertise in this field. I think he must have graduated top of his class!

Had seen three doctors before him. He was the most informative and helpful.

Dr Clark is the 4th doctor I have been to since trying to conceive, he and his staff are fantastic, I immediatly felt at ease- any time I contact his office my calls are returned immediatly and all procedures explained in detail. I couldn't ask for a better doctor!

Dr Clark and his staff made me feel quite at ease and comfortable. He is very knowledgable and REALLY gets where you are coming from and where you want to be. I am very happy that I was referred to him and the procedures where done very prompt and very throughly.

Dr.Clark need to train his staff better at making sure patients are given information. You wait for hours without being given any info by is staff.
