HAYCOOK WAS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND GAVE ME THE TIME NEEDED TO EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM IN DETAIL AND PROVIDE OPTIONS TO PREVENT DREADED BACK SURGERY AND STILL BE MOBIL MORE IMPORTANT TO ME WAS THE PEACE OF MIND DR. HAYCOOK PROVIDED AND HIS MEDICAL ADVICE TO KEEP ME MOBIL WITHOUT FEAR. GLAD TO HAVE HIM IN ST. AUGUSTINE.

Dr. Haycook is always the best Orthopedic surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Dr Haycook is very understanding. After going to 4 other doctors and having numerous shots, Dr Haycook did testing and determined surgery is warrented. He explained it in terms I could understand and was logical. Staff iare friendly and professional.

first thing i noticed I was seen in a timely manner always a plus. The DR. took the time look over and compare all my existing MRI's verified the condition of my injury , He spoke to me not just his nurse or as if I wasn't there very much appreciated. He took my input as how I wished to proceed with my treatment. Thank You

Dr. Haycook takes a lot of time explaining his patient’s situation. I am facing fusion surgery and he couldn’t be more patient in explaining to me all of the aspects of the surgery and recovery process. He also was highly recommended by my physical therapist who sees a lot of Dr. Haycook’s patients post surgery and he indicated if he needed back surgery, he would have it done by Dr. Haycook.

My appointment was this AM. I liked him a lot Did not push for injections or surgery - prescribed PT instead. Seems very caring, listens and does not rush. I trust him.

First time there Ok we got a plan an then waited an waited for my ct an mil.for two months I was in pain waiting . Also waiting for injections. After 3 months maybe longer an days of pain an er visit going to get injections went there to be told it was cancelled. I talked with 3 people about this a point mentioned an money set up payments with one because there is 3 copay , well one of the ladies cancelled it because said I didn't have all of copay really. Seen Dr.Haycook same day I was upset about what was going Onan he was down rite rude to me see he don't like fat or poor so still in pain but that's alright I don't like her either. So gona let people know what your in for with this place.

My experience with Dr. Haycook and the whole Orthopedic Associates practice was wonderful. The staff and Dr. Haycook always made room in their schedules for me which helped to alleviate my problem as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Haycook. He is experienced and cares about his patients.

I so disagree with the bad reviews I have been a paitent of Dr Haycook for 6 years as far as rescheduling an appointment boo hoo did you think that maybe he had an emergency surgery. That man saved my Mothers life thanks to him she will be 91 next week it took him 5 minutes to see a staff infection in her spine that 4 Doctors had missed he sent her right to the Hospital pulled in an infectious desease specialist at that time I was getting ready to have shoulder surgery he promised he would take care or her. So I went ahead with the surgery Dr Grimes preformed my surgery Dr Haycook was at my bedside when I came out to let me know my mom was ok above and beyond. A year later he fused 3 levels in my neck I have amazing range of motion now we might be doing hip surgery and no one will touch me but him I drive 2 hours now to see him hes is caring and a fantastic Dr as far as him asking if your not ready for surgery that will fix your problem I agree do not waste his or your time go to pain management he is not a pill Dr when you are ready to let him do his job than go see him

I've had 2 scheduled appointments with Dr Haycook. Both were rescheduled by the office. The first time I waited 2.5 hours to see him. The second time I waited 2 hours then had to leave (without seeing the Dr) because I had another appointment. He suggested surgery but I said that is not an option at this time and asked for alternatives and he got aggravated and said if you don't want surgery then there is no reason to see me. I was told to follow up with him by another Dr in their office (both appointments). I wont be going back. I've heard good things about Jax ortho institute. I had another Dr recommend them over St Aug Ortho. That's where I'm headed. Don't waste your time if you need to see Haycook. He will keep you waiting for hours. He will have the office call you to reschedule your previously made appointments with him as well. Bad customer service. Bad patient relations.
