Dr. Moraes and his staff are excellent, and his diagnoses are up-to-date. He is courteous and spends the time necessary with you. We have never left thinking he should have been with us longer than he was. Kudos.

I have MS, and recently have been too fatigued to visit Dr.Moraes at his office. Therefore, I have been speaking to him by phone and also employing the use of his Spruce Platform App. It would be impossible for me to find a more caring, knowledgeable, and professional internist. Regarding the office staff, I have been a patient for over a decade, and can say without reservation that each and every staff member has helpful and kind to me. They are kind and sweet!

My wife and I have been with Dr. Moraes over 10 years and in all that time we have found him and his staff to be professional, caring and personable. More important iDr. Moraes" wealth of medical knowledge and his caring relationship makes us feel comfortable that our health needs are well taken care of. We both highly recommend him. I have been a patient of Dr. Moraes for over 10 years. He is extremely compentent and knowledgeable. During my visits to his office I never feel rushed, and he takes the time to exlain things in detail. His staff is friendly and professional, which is an important part of his practice. If you need a primary Doctor I highly recommend Dr. Moraes.

All my visits to the office have been excellent. I have an issue or a question… Dr. Brian answers it or we come up with a Solution. My phone calls are answered….an any issues are resolved immediately … or as quickly as possible. Jennie Niccol

No practice is perfect and some have more issues than others. Dr Moraes is the exception. If there’s a problem it is quickly rectified. I’ve seeming the Doctor for 11 years. During that time I may have 2 or 3 calls unresolved, but overall I’m pleased with the staff, the phlebotomist, the PA’s and of course Dr Moraes. If you are lucky enough to join this practice you won’t regret it. Some people have unreachable standards and may never be happy. Myself and my husband have been treated very well and love this practice.

2 stars because I love Lizzy and she is a great PA. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends. I have been called a b*tch, hung up on and otherwise treated in a totally unprofessional manner when calling to get a bill straightened out, that was not billed correctly despite me attempting to ensure it was billed correctly multiple times. The receptionist that answers the phones there has never sounded friendly or helpful and is very rude, but what I just experienced today is beyond inexcusable. I don’t know if I will be supporting this practice unless they are able to make this right. If you like being treated like dirt every time you call to make an appt or have a question or need them to fix THEIR error, by all means go to this practice.

I saw Dr Brian Moraes for a very short time. He said i was diabetic and had me start a weekly shot, I thought it was strange since I was never diagnosed with diabetes previously, either way, I trusted him, I took the weekly shot for a couple of months. I needed to change Pharmacy and i asked the dr and his staff to call in the diabetes medicine to the new pharmacy, they never did. I literally stop taking the weekly shot on my owe since I ran out of it. His staff lies., he lies. I found out I never had diabetes in the first place. I would not recommend him to anyone. His is not honest,.

Dr. Brian is simply the best doctor you will ever find. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Brian to anyone who is looking for a good general practitioner.

I was recently a new patient to this office and was so impressed, not only with the Dr but with his staff. His nurse is understanding with people are afraid of having blood drawn , she had me lay down and spoke to me the entire time taking my mind off of draw. She was great!! After meeting the Dr he puts the icing on the cake as he is so compassionate and actually cares if you understand your lab results and issues re hormones and or cholesterol. If you are looking for a good Dr see this office.

This is absolutely one of the best offices I have been to in a long time. Both the Dr and his staff are amazing. This is an extremely busy office but you never feel like a number . I leave the office fully understanding my lab results and never feel rushed. If I have any questions the staff is knowledgeable and make me feel at ease.

To be such a busy office, the staff is very helpful along with the providers. You might have to wait but when brought to the back you are treated with kindness, and compassion. They take the same amount of time with you as they would with the patient before you. I would recommend this practice to all my family and friends.

I am more then pleased with this office and the staff. Very busy so a wait time is understandable. You have to leave a message for the Medical Assistants but they return your call even at 5:30, that makes me feel important. I would recommend this office and Dr to EVERYONE!!

I have been a patient of Dr Moraes for 10 years. I have greatly benefited from his keen diagnostic capabilities. His knowledge of the latest medical technology is remarkable. As a 78 year old individual, I can say, with confidence, that he is an outstanding healthcare practicioner. The occasional long wait times, reported 2 or more years ago, have been significantlying reduced.

It took the staff 4 days to call in my prescription. When I went to go pick it up the pharmacist told me the Doctors office only called in a 14 day supply because they said I needed to make an appointment to see the Doctor. This clearly shows how incompetent the office is because I had scheduled an appointment to see the Doctor prior to asking for a refill on my medication. This office is not even capable of handling a simple prescription refill. How could you even trust them with your health? Do yourself a favor and find another Doctor with a responsible and competent staff.

I will not go back to see Dr. Moraes because his office staff is incompetent. They never answer the phone or return calls. You call them for a prescription refill & they say they will take care of it but they don't. You have to call multiple times for a simple request & they do nothing. After 4 days waiting on them to call in the prescription I had to go into the office to get them to do it. They gave me an attitude when I was the one waiting 4 days for medicine I was out of.

no one ever picks up. All you can do is leave messages. It is very annoying.

Great Doctor, spends time and he listens to what you have to say. Good staff, always efficient with me. highly recommended

There are so many things wrong with this doctor and his practice. His staff is extremely under qualified. They can't even perform a routine blood test without having to poke you 5 or 6 times. The doctor never seems to know what my diagnosis is and I leave his office more confused than when I come in. One time I actually saw him use Google to look up my symptoms!! Everything about this practice is pathetic. He also never follows up when I get a test done, nor does his staff.
