Dr. Brian Christophe Policano, MD

Staff is very unfriendly and rude. Love Dr. Policano and Dr. Joe though. They have always made sure to spend enough time with me to satisfy all of my questions and concerns. And I love that Pediatric Associate's Doctors are the ones on call if my children have to be in the hospital for anything. Dr. Brian has helped me out with my children when they are sick by calling in perscriptions so that I don't have to make a special trip an hour away from my home to see him. All in all I would recommend Dr. Brian Policano to all of my friends and family.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I think that it is poor practice how they treat the children. He did not attempt at all to make my child feel comfortable. A terrible experience indeed. No child should be treated that way and there are other ways to perform check-ups. Sad that someone this careless of the child's feelings is a pediatrician.

The doctor is nice but always in a hurry and rushes through appointment. Does not take his time. The office staff is very rude and unfriendly. Seems they take pleasure in being uncooperative and hateful.

I think he is a really good doctor. I have been going there for 6 years. He has always been great with both of my kids. My oldest son has a medical condition and he has been through alot. Dr. Policano has been there through it all. You can always tell that he cares and not just about the children but the whole family. I would recommend anyone to go to him. I know that I would never take my kids to anyone else.
