Visited Dr. Wang twice virtually (during COVID-19). I could tell from the reviews here that Dr. Wang is objectively and on a technical level a good doctor. However, I think there is a lot of work he could improve on with giving his patients attention and respecting their time. Virtual appointments cost just as much as in-person appointments, yet Dr. Wang made me wait over an hour to get started with the appointment only to talk to me for 10 minutes. When I was describing my symptoms to Dr. Wang, he interrupted me and suggested a prescription to end our appointment, as if he was suggesting I was not being concise enough with my descriptions. He sounded like he was trying to hang up as soon as he could throughout our entire call. There seems to be a lack of attention and thoughtfulness overall, hope this is somewhere Dr. Wang could improve on in the future.

My husband and myself went recently to see Dr Wang, my husband as a first timer and myself as a well established patient. Needles to say, I insisted my husband to have his appointment with Dr Wang because I know, first hand, of Dr Wang’s professionalism, expertise and knowledge in his field and, most of all, his sincere and kind approach to care for his patients.

Just when i thought nothing could be done, Dr Wang proved me wrong. 2 years of going to a different Dr. To only wait for the next bloody nose Dr Wang used a method that hadn't been done before. I can say 7 days without a bleed may be hyping it up but he sure deserves my praise. Thank you to your staff and being my hero!

I saw Dr. Wang for a saliva gland stone. He removed the stone in his office with no issues. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable in his field. His staff are great and very professional. I would recommend Dr. Wang with no hesitation and plan on using him again.

Nov. 2019, both I and my husband saw Dr. Brian S Wang for ear cleanings. We share the same opinions/findings below, concerning our visit: First, we found the doctor's staff to be courteous. We further feel/and found Dr. Brian S Wang to be very competent in his field, very thorough, very gentle and last but not least, he possesses/ed a trait not often found in 21st Century mankind: humility. We plan to see him on next year for the same, and we're truly grateful that our PCP recommended us to him and him to us!

I have seen Dr Wang twice now for ongoing treatment of Reflux and to have my ears irrigated. Very professional and caring. Takes the time to explain things and why he wants additional tests etc...Would highly recommend Dr Wang.

Dr. Wang performed Septoplasty for me and it has changed my life. From our very first office visit, he recognized a life-long issue that I had which was a deviated septum. With the surgery, he has corrected the problem and I'm able to breathe correctly for this first time in my 35 years!! He has a great staff at the downtown ENT Center, each one of them takes the care and time to make sure all of my problems or concerns were met! I can go on and on, overall he and his staff deserves more than 5 stars!! Thank you again for the care, pre-OP and post-op!!!

Good, friendly, doctor. But also a good reminder, for me at least, why I dislike and avoid doctors visits. They referred me to a sleep lab that was out of network. $11k in the hole now. Usually doctor's offices have sent me to get labs that were covered by my insurance. Could be my fault for not checking. Otherwise I feel like I breathe better, but would rather have not done anything if I knew I would owe thousands of dollars

Good, friendly, helpful doctor. However, in my opinion, they should tell you when they refer you to an out of network company or lab...If I knew I was going to owe $11,000 for a sleep study, I would've avoided going to the doctor all together. Lesson learned. Good reminder why I avoid doctors and should accept my fate without medication!!

Had earache in the outer ear canal and inflammation made passage tight. His office assistant was diligent in working me in ASAP. dr Wang was thorough in examination and efficient with both our time. Didn’t wait long in lobby or spend time waiting in the back. Friendly environment

Dr. Wang hit the nose on the head when he recommended the Neil Med nose rinse and Nasacort nose spray for my allergy. I have found it to be very effective.

Dr. Wang is a credit to his profession. I was referred to him by a very happy coworker and I have referred him to other coworkers. He gets excellent reviews for his professionalism and healing effectiveness. And he is more about solving problems rather than writing prescriptions for pain killers or other addictive products like Afrin.
