Went to dr. Briggs weight loss clinic for help with obesity. Took my money and gave me a prescription for anti depressant and opioid addiction, never have I ever taken an opioid. She told me to find a behavioral therapist and a nutritionist and join weight watchers. Wow so not helpful AT ALL!! You get an F at helping people.

Had an appointment with Dr. Briggs and she spent some much time with me explaining and going over my results usually doctors are in and out within 10-15 minutes it's wonderful to have a doctor take the time out to make sure you understand what's going on with your health. I want to thank Dr. Briggs and her staff

I take my 1 year old daughter here and see has seen all the providers there and they have been nothing but the best. They are always on top of getting back to me. Amazing care and amazing providers

Dr. Briggs is an amazing Doctor and well worth the wait times. Her one on one with the patients is great. The staff at the Murrieta office is Great they go above and beyond for their patients.

My appointment was 9: 30 am and did not go to the room until two hours later. Then wait to see her two more hours. This always happens. Then she doesn’t know who i was.. She always over booking herself.

Dr. Briggs diagnosed me accurately, when others had not. Thank you Dr. Briggs. I now have a plan, hope, and already see improvement.

I have seen Dr. Briggs twice now, and each time I am amazed at how much she knows about the latest developments in medicine. She is able to explain treatment in a very straight forward, understandable way. I'm also impressed with how she doesn't just write out a prescription and hustle you out. She takes the time to discuss more natural options, and makes sure all your concerns are met. I feel like she makes a great effort to stay current, which is not easy for doctors to do these days.

I have never been seen by Dr. Briggs. I have been seeing Tracy Dyer, PA for a long time and have been very satisfied. The two things I dont like are sometimes they leave you in the room too long and if you are too sick to make your appt. they charge you.

I love all the testing Dr. Bridget does. She focuses on a more natural approach which I really appreciate. She has helped me out so much with all my health issues. I’ve never met another doctor who cares as much as she does. Most doctors I’ve gone to just want to throw medication at you based off of your symptoms but not her, she will does further studies to see what exactly is going on.

Well, I saw someone like a Physicians Assistant for over a year. Other than her being kind and courteous, there was very little help. Like another review I read here, it's a mystery to me if there really IS a Dr Briggs, because she truly didn't care enough about this patient to bother to meet me once in the over the year I tried to get in to see her. They have a large selection of their homeopathic and other 'supplements' they love to peddle to you. Save your money and time and shop online for supplements and find a doctor who can actually bother to see you. Of course, the ONE thing they are good at is fast and voracious billing. They sent you a bill every other week and report you if you are a minute and a half late. Too bad they don't bother with patient CARE like they appear to care about patient REVENUE.

After several years and about a dozen visits, I NEVER saw or met Dr Briggs. I was seen by many people in her office, including the janitor, except the Dr. If you are OK with amateur hour, Home Depot can give you opinions about your health, cheaper.

I switched to Dr. Briggs because my primary doctor/medical group refused to check my hormone levels at gave me the reason that they don't show anything or mean anything, it's a waste of $$. They (my old dr) blew off my symptoms too and referred me out to specialists that didn't make sense and weren't covered by my insurance After going to Dr Briggs office, she checked my blood in-depth and found what is really going on with my body! I am so grateful for her and her staff! I have been treated well there and will continue to have her as my primary doctor.

I would not trust any other doctor like I trust Dr. briggs. She has helped me with my hormones seizures and illnesses. I’ve seen many other doctors and they just want to throw medication at me without running further testing.

They have the worst service I have ever experienced, from the front office to nurses to doctors, completely unreliable, lose information, will not do any follow up, will not explain anything, will not send auths for specialists, will not communicate at all with patients or specialists or the hospital unless we keep calling over and over again.

A staff member called to give me results but couldn't give me a definition of the result. I asked what does it mean? and she said I don't know. Why have someone call with results if they have no idea what they're talking about. The staff is rude, they seem to be bothered by having to bring you to the back office or if you ask the front desk a question. I've had 2 bad experiences in the 3 visits this year one with a doctor another with the staff.

I was told I missed an appointment for a physical and that a message was left on my message machine as a reminder. This appt. was supposedly on June 13, and on August 2 I RECIEVED A LETTER SAYING I OWED 50.00 no show charge. I never made this appt. nor did I RECIEVE A CALL. Tried to resolve the matter with BONNIE the office manager. She was insistant I made this appointment and would not help resolve the matter,

I would highly recommend NOT going to Briggs' office, ever. I can't even go into details all of the issues I had with her and her office but I can tell you it wasn't good. I am not even surprised by the negative things written in these comments. They are mostly accurate and exactly what I have personally experienced.

I'm an existing RA patient and was advised after a huge amount of blood work that I would be referred to a specialist for treatment, but almost a month later and I have yet to receive the phone call that I've been approved to see said specialist. Slightly disappointed especially since time is a huge factor in my treatment.

Dr Briggs is by far the best and most thorough doctor I've ever had. She LISTENS! the wait may be long, but some things are worth waiting for.
