He's so compassionate and caring. Very knowledgeable and up to date on procedures. He takes all the time with you that you require. I've been a patient of his since he first started and will continue as long as I have the need to see him. This last procedure of stimulation has given me back a huge part of my life. I recently went to Dr. Drummond for a mid-urethral sling. I couldn't be happier with my decision! Dr. Drummond and his staff were very professional and made you feel at ease.

I had postmenopausal bleeding for months, but Dr Drummond quickly diagnosed a uterine polyp. He performed a D&C as outpatient surgery, which solved the problem. Dr Drummond and his nurses were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained everything well, and I got a call from a nurse the day after surgery. I highly recommend Dr Drummond and his staff.

Dr. Bruce Drummond has been my gynecologist for a number of years and I have always been thankful I am under his care. He is patient, kind, a helpful and wise teacher, a caring and understanding person, and an excellent surgeon. May I also say his staff has been most helpful and I appreciate their kindness as well.

I've suffered from stress incontinence since the birth of my eldest daughter - 15 years ago! Despite lots of complaining, I was told this was a fact of life. A friend recently clued me in there is hope! Dr. Drummond is a gyno urologist! I had no idea this specialty existed! A 30 minute surgery, and my life has done a 180! I can run, sneeze, laugh, jump on the trampoline with my kids . . . I can now pack a normal amount of clothing for trips! I cannot believe how quickly my life has changed! I feel normal.

I was so nervous to discuss and proceed with the Bladder Sling Surgery, to my delight it went so smooth. I highly recommend having a open discussion with Dr. Drummond if this is something you are considering.

Dr. Drummond has an excellent bedside manner. When you are with him he makes you feel like you are his only patient. He actually looks at you when you are talking. I felt he really listened to my feelings and concerns. He explains procedures clearly so you can understand and even draws pictures. At my request, he included my husband in our conversation. I feel my surgery was not a success as far as the end result...not due to anything he did wrong. I would highly recommend Dr. Drummond for any Uro-Gyno needs.

Dr. Drummond, Sue and all of the staff are amazing! I have been seeing Dr. D for almost 20 years. I recently had surgery for stress incontinence and I am so thankful for his compassion, knowledge, and surgical skills. The entire staff is focused on helping you with whatever your concerns are. I highly recommend him for women of any age!

I am both an RN & former hospital administrator with high expectations and wasn't known to this MD prior to my surgical evaluation and procedures. I saw two other physicians prior to my consult with him. He did more screening and diagnostic testing to determine the extent of my issues than either of the other two combined. I choose him for his expertise in the uro-gyn field, the favorable first impression made and the referrals other physicians provided. Truly, I could not have been more fortunate than to have had him take on my surgical care. I have never come across a MD in either my professional or personal life as attentive and thorough as he was. He genuinely cares about his patients, enjoys his clinical field, and makes you feel as if you are the only patient at the time. He educates you on your body and corrective procedures using diagrams, physical exams and clinical information that is conveyed in a way you can understand. He involves you in the decision-making by sharing his findings and options, expected clinical outcomes, and statistics that both allow you to know of his clinical success and your potential surgical success. He reassures and teaches you on the "hows & whys" for what you are experiencing and gives you time to weigh your care decisions. He has a calm and quiet demeanor, is friendly and compassionate-- his eye contact is direct and body language is both welcoming and attentive when speaking with you, again as if you are the only one he is focused on at the time. He truly cares about his patients and their clinical outcomes and is an expert in his field. My surgical outcomes (and I had a lot done!) have been great-- just as planned. I would not hesitate for one minute to tell you to trust in this physician's care and clinical expertise in the field. Additionally, his staff was great to work with. Warm, friendly and empathetic. They were quick to respond when called for issues and knowledgable in their guidance and practice.

Dr. Drummond was very personable and thorough when I saw him for SUI. He explained my options and was very considerate in discussing sensitive issues. I had the TOT bladder sling procedure and have been super happy with the results. As the nurse told me prior, â??itâ??s a life changing procedureâ??. Absolutely!

Dr. Drummond is arrogant, condescending, and is very interested in performing surgeries using the latest technology though this may or may not be the best treatment option for the patient's case. He shows great interest in providing care until a significant problem arises following a surgery he performed, at which point he completely fails to provide adequate follow-up care. He is very quick to dismiss symptoms of serious complications, and pretty much leaves the patient to deal with the mess he created. His nurses are compassionate and caring. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for him. My experience with him was awful.

I highly recommend Dr. Drummond. I had the bladder sling surgery after cancelling the surgery with a different doctor two years ago because I was too nervous to do it. He was excellent -- very patient with all of my questions, even a follow-up appointment that I brought my spouse to before the surgery. He was extremely professional and made me feel at ease about an uncomfortable issue. I had the surgery a few weeks ago and so far all seems well and I'm experiencing some excellent results. I definitely recommend him. His nurse (Sue) is also great!

Life changing in just one visit. AWESOME!
