Dr. Bryan Klepper, MD

Saw Dr. Klepper today regarding my back. He was very thorough, did not rush me and answered all of my questions. Excellent visit!

Dr. Klepper was rude and arrogant and avoided examining or touching my knee like I was dirty or had a communicable disease. He talked to me like I was stupid. He took an x-ray he said didn't show anything. He sent me for pull-up sleeve across hall - one size was too large and next size was too small. I had to go to GP who ordered MRI that showed 2 bakers cysts behind knee - 1 ruptured and one partially ruptured. I am in PT for the pain.

Very knowledgeable and straight forward. I was under his care for Osteoarthritis in my hip. After 2 years of nonsurgical treatments I had a hip replacement in *MONTH*, 2017. Surgery was very successful with full recover after 6 weeks. Full range of motion and no pain in the hip for the first time in 2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Klepper and the Chesapeake Orthopedic group.

I would like to say Robin was AWESOME with following up with scheduling my appointment, she follow up with me when she was not able to reach the Worker's comp rep, very pleasant from the 1st call. Grace and Paula at front desk was very professional and pleasant when I check in and check out. I was very impress with this being my first visit and Dr. Klepper was very informative and went over everything to make sure I understood.

I would recommend him to anyone. Great dr and staff is great!!!

Dr Klepper has been treating me for years. He let's me try alternatives to surgery and has worked hard to keep me moving and motivated. Total confidence in him through three joint replacements and many visits

Excellent Doctor. He's very confident, honest and makes you feel at ease. He took all the time I needed to explain my diagnosis, treatment plan and made me feel that he cared about me. Ended up he did a surgery on me, he and his staff at the surgery center are wonderful. Best, easiest experience ever and a 100% great outcome.

Such a friendly and courteous staff. Everyone had smiles and was pleasant. Dr. Bryan Klepper was fantastic. He was so thorough and concerned about my condition. He took his time and I never felt rushed or hurried. I will recommend this Dr. to anyone who needs orthopedic service.

I'm an athlete, I run everyday as well as play a sport on the weekend, I know what it's like to be sore from gaining muscle and I've been through that multiple times. Recently my rotator cuff and trapezeous have been hurting during everything I do. It's been hurting for about 3 weeks, so me being me I researched all my symtoms, everything leading up to a torn rotator cuff. So I got an appointment scheduled. When I went to him and told him everything that's was going on he said that it wasn't NORMAL for someone under 20 to tear or do anything to their shoulder. He said that I should continue to run track (even though I can't even do a light jog right now without a horrible pain) and that I should just live my life! I can't live my life and go back to track if I can't move my shoulder without pain. He told me to do stretches that Ive been doing for the past 3 weeks and that it hasn't helped, so what did he do? He gave me a physical therapy referral, he said that I wasn't doing it right! He showed me how I was supposed to do the stretch and (oh this is a mind blower!) I was doing it the exact same way as him. I am going to see another doctor

i was not happy with my visit with Dr. Klepoer. He told me that I was getting older and I have arthritis and I should expect the pain that I'm having. He said I can take some medicine or get shots for the pain. He told me there was nothing new and he didn't know what I wanted him to tell me. I explained the additional pain I was having and he said it could be a torn meniscus but the symptoms are going to be basically the same. I asked how do we find out if that's what it is and he said he could order a MRI if I wanted one but it's still not going to change the pain level from the arthritis. I asked what the treatment would be and he said he could give me a shot or go in and clean it up but it still isn't going to change the pain level that should be expected since I have arthritis and I am getting older. I am 51 and I don't expect to be in this amount of pain or have to limit my activities. I will be looking for another doctor.

Dr. Kepler has an arrogant attitude. First, let me say I had knee surgery 5 years ago. His first concern was why didn't I go to him for the surgery... My knee and hip pain was the least of his concerns. He had the nerve to tell me I needed to learn to live with the pain because that's what happens when you get older. After getting X-rays because I insisted he proceeded to tell me that from what he can see that I was overly dramatizing my pain. No option were provided to me until I asked about them. I elected to get a cortisone shot. It's pretty sad when I have to ask about options verses the dr. letting me know what my options are at this point. Needless to say I will be looking for another Dr..

Expertise and caring attitude along with taking the time to discuss the issues with the patient.

Attitute was "oh well another old fart with a hip replacement". Attitute to say "go get another opinion" was rough.

I'm not a big fan of going to the doctor's office, but Dr. Klepper put me at ease right away. He's personable, and gets right to the issue at hand. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Klepper.
