Her self-centered arrogance in treating me, nearly cost me my life. She should retire before she hurts someone.

Dr. Buonocore is a fair Endocrinologist but a sorry excuse as a human being!

Dr. Buonocore's uncaring attitude for my husbands Traumatic Brain Injury led to him to him beimg committed to a Mental Institution. He deserved better care from her.

Her caring attitude is an act. She will tell you what she feels that you need to do but in reality all she wishes is for you to come back time and time again without any improvement. Most will feel that I am just a disgruntled patient but all I will ask of those who question me is for you to ask to see your files and she what she says that she does and what she really does at each visit. You will realize how self-centered and a fraud she really is.

Her Malpractice destroyed my husband's life.

Dr. Buonocore has helped me to better myself with my diabetes, type one in convincing me to better control my glucose levels with a pump after 36 yrs with multiple injections. She has a way to explain the consequences of not controlling my glucose levels with no punches! She is very genuine with me and makes you want to try your best! Only wish I had her as my physician earlier. Thank you to you and your staff!!!

I've been a long-term patient of Dr. B for treatment of my thyroid. She is the one who convinced me to go gluten free and I believe that this made a dramatic improvement in my life. Now a different syndrome has impacted me and today she spent a long time reviewing my choices and helping me decide a healthful, reasonable course. I'm so grateful to have her in my life. She's blunt, she's no nonsense, she's just the kind of doctor I appreciate.

I am writing this comment when I noticed many negative ones. I have been a patient of Dr. B for approximately 5 years. She has always been attentive to what I have to say. She is thorough and I find her to be quite knowledgeable with thyroid issues. I once had to wait for an hour to see her; she came into the room very pleasant and apologized for my wait. She gives you time, and I figure that day she had some patients who needed extra time. She thanked me for understanding. When a physician is knowledgeable, practical and thorough, that is everything that you would want them to be. She's top notch.

When a renown retired endocrinologist tells you she is the best in the area it meands something. Having gone to her for three years I can attest to his accuracy

Dr. Buonocore is great. She really tries to keep you in line with your medications and educates you on your diagnosis. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives great suggestions.

This was a 1st visit and I found her to be upbeat, addressed my issues, set up testings, the office staff was great, they moved things along nicely. No complaints here!

Thyroid cancer patient - I found the office staff rude and not sensite. My case was complex. Doctor contracted my care and left me confused and scared and lacked time to followup when i had further questions about the complexity.

Overall I really like her down to earth way of communicating with you. She has always been pleasant and I trust her with my diabetes care.

I m new patient and have only seen Dr Buonocore 2 times at Bethel Park St Clair office, I feel like dr Buonocore was my doctor for many years She care about her patients and work so hard to help me. I have so many problems with my thyroid and was going from one endocrinologist to another who were not able to help me. I was finally being treated by primary care doctor, after 14 years my medicine was re-called I needed to find endocrinologist, I find Dr Buonocore office and scheduled appoitment, I have number of allergy and I m very sensitive to tyroid hormone medication it s big problem for me to take, I m very difficult patient , Dr Buonocore helped me so much during this difficult time to find best medicine for me, she was constantly on call for me to help with all of my symptoms and was giving me best advise, and many options regarding my medicine. Every time when I think I had bad reaction to medicine I was able to call and talk . Dr would call back immediately to check how I was doing and what my symptoms are and to gave me direction what to do. She would not take any chance she would gave me best options for my new medicine. I was very difficult patient and my calls were almost every other day but doctor Buonocore was so helpful and would not gave up on me .My symptoms eventually fade away and I m now feeling much better on my new medicine and finally getting back my life and start to working and feeling great . Thanks to Dr Buonocore and her staff who worked so hard to help .For me she is best doctor out there I have visited number of endocrinologist and have never meet someone who worked so hard for all of her patients

She was very compassionate and had great bedside manner. She also listened to you and answered your questions. She actually asked me at my first appointment, " What do you want out of this appointment?" You don't see that a lot.

I have been with Dr. Buonocore for over 10 years. She has been wonderful. She is very intelligent and willing to take the time to discuss your health. I have recommended her to others and they feel the same way. The office staff are not always as nice- I have witnessed them yelling at a patient for not understanding how to get her prescription delivered to her house. Instead of helping they just yelled at her and told her she was wrong. Dr. Buonocore would have handled it with more class. She is a top notch MD.

I think Dr. Buonocure is a fantastic doctor, she is very knowledgeable and confident. However her office staff is not very personable and they make you feel like your issue for calling is not important, when they have to understand to us as patients dont know everything about what is wrong with us and it can be overwhelming to.
