I really enjoy the friendliness of the staff, they are always refreshing. My experience is different from Steven Sandler, unfortunately this lost individual just needs a a Cup of Jesus ð???. My experience with Dr. Maalouf was very genuine, professional, personable, sweet and extremely knowledgable.

First the address listed for this doctor is outdated. She is now a staff internist with Kaiser at the Panorama City facility. Dr. Maalouf is extremely intelligent and competent. I would trust her implicitly to treat me, so long as I was unconscious and didn't have to talk to her. It was my first visit. I was asked to remove my clothes, except for my underwear, and I was offered an examination gown. I am very comfortable with my body, and as I have always done for decades, I declined the gown. She came into the room and reacted as if I had a bottle of chilled champagne and Barry White playing on a boombox. She chastised me for not wearing a gown and made me put one on. I even had my skivies on. She made me feel like a pervert. But I understand certain protocols are different in various medical practices. My concern was whether she was comfortable with me after the incident. I wrote her a very courteous and professional email with my concerns. A day or two later, Kaiser's Department Administrator for Internal Medicine contacted me to tell me they had "assigned" me to another doctor. She didn't even have the courtesy to write me back one line saying "I don't think we are a good match." It was that -- getting a call from her boss to "re-assign" me that prompted this review. Otherwise I would have kept it to myself.

She is one of the best, she cares and takes it personal about her patians needs.. I would never change her 100% recomen her
