The man seems like he absolutely could not possibly care less about his medi-medi patients. He was rude, inept, kept us waiting for over an hour and seemed confused as to who my sister was even though she has seen him numerous times. His staff seemed rather incompetent and clueless

Dr. Buckhorn is well educated, experienced and cares about every patient. He listens carefully and will take extra time with you if necessary to make sure all your concerns are addressed. He is well liked by both patients and staff. He is definitely worth waiting for during the busiest times.

I was admitted at St. Jude Hospital in Fullerton on May 10th 2018 and Dr. Carl Buckhorn was my attending Physician. He treated me for 7 days and h became my primary care Physician ever since. He is very thorough and provides care & treatment when needed. He coordinated all 3 surgeries with my surgeons for my 3 surgeries. The staff treated me with great dignity and respect. They were all wonderful to me. Mirella Buckhorn the office manager is amazing! She was very helpful in making sure that my disability paper works were filed in a timely manner. I e-mailed her few times and she always respond quickly and provide the answers to my questions. would recommend Dr. Carl Buckhorn to all my friends and family!

This office is so badly run that it is nearly impossible to get correct information, even about vital prescriptions to or from the people who need it. If you don't believe me, just take a look at this listing. They moved their offices more than a year ago, yet sometimes it is still hard to find accurate information on something as simple as where they are located. Do you really want to trust your healthcare to someone who can't even get his own office address correct?

Dr. Buckhorn is excellent in patient care. His experience as St. Jude Hospital doctor adds value to my care. He has good relations with several major doctors, example, my Nephrologist, my Cardiologist, my Vascular surgeon, my Neurologist, and many more. The Office staff is great, friendly, and always ready to support patients. If you need a Primary Care, give Dr. Buckhorn a chance

I became a patient of Dr. Buckhorn over 5 years ago, I was just getting routine physicals and labs. Just recently I had pneumonia, strep, and bells pualsy. All within 3 months. I became a regular at the doctors office. For each instance Dr. Buckhorn diagnosed and got me treatment right away. He truly is a great doctor with super knowledge of the human body.

Dr. Buckhorn and staff truly care about the patients needs. I was referred to Dr. Buckhorn by a lifetime friend when she heard I had had a mountain biking accident. After emergency surgery, I was discharged from hospital instructed to follow up with my primary. My primary referred me to a GI specialist that I had to wait to see for 3 months. I was waiting while in liver failure and no answers. My whole body itched and my primary wasn't able to do much for me. I was scared and very stressed out, I couldn't sleep due to the affects of liver failure. I finally reached out to Dr. Buckhorn's office and the manager took the time to listen to my story, spoke to Dr. Buckhorn prior to my first appointment, called their preferred GI specialist and got me in that week to see him. Both Dr. Buckhorn and GI specialist coordinated care and I am still alive, back to riding my bike and working out!! You end up becoming family to Dr. Buckhorn's practice for him is about truly treating the patient. I switched to Dr. Buckhorn as my primary and have also taken my teen daughter to see him. I have also referred my mother and sister because I trust Dr. Buckhorn with my family. Super grateful!

Dr. Buckhorn has been my family's Doctor for years. He is so understanding and caring. He doesn't rush you out of the room like other doctors and he actually listens to what you have to say. The staff and nurses are great. I have never had a problem with Dr. Buckhorn. Sometimes there is a wait but just keep in mind he's helping someone and that he's not going to be rushing with you when you get into a room either:)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Buckhorn for around 7 years and each time I visit is better than the last. The office staff is always kind and friendly; happy to answer any questions I have and always calls me to remind me of appointments or follow-up. Dr. Buckhorn is attentive and really listens to what I have to say so much that I feel like I am talking to a friend who really cares about my health rather than just any physician. There have been times I haven’t scheduled an appointment and Dr. Buckhorn still finds time to see me last minute and his knowledge makes me feel very comfortable in his diagnoses and recommendations. The best part of being Dr. Buckhorn’s patient is that I feel genuinely cared for under his treatment and I would happily refer any family or friend to visit his office because he is such a wonderful doctor.

Dr Buckhorn has treated my husband with a serious illness for many years. Dr Buckhorn's manner is very calming. He works tirelessly to help us understand and explain the underlying issues causing pain and discomfort. He is a doctor for all ages. He has treated our son, my father and myself. We would highly recommend him. His staff is very caring and have worked with us whenever there has been an emergency.

Dr. Buckhorn is a very caring and companionate physician, and all though you might have a wait to see him he gives you his undivided attention, and answers all questions. His office staff is also GREAT! very caring and professional. His office manager sucks

I highly recommend Dr. Buckhorn, I met him about 4 years ago. He seriously saved me from my severe panic attacks,and anxiety. He genuinely cares for every person he sees,and always takes time to listen I never feel rushed or as if my questions weren't answered. His staff is wonderful the office Mgr is always very helpful with last minute appointments ( ALTHO I DON'T RECOMMEND to do that, his office is very busy) plan ahead for your appointments.. His main assistant Debbie, is amazing as well she's fast and efficient really listens and cares for his pt's. I feel truly blessed with Dr. Buckhorn, he is truly amazing! I know how scary it is to find a new Dr, trust me i was the most nervous / anxious person but with his help I have overcome a lot of my medical struggles. Don't hesitate to give them a call! Truly life changing you'll never have to look for another Dr.

Dr. Buckhorn, the best doctor I have ever encountered!! He's definitely not your average Doctor, he really takes care of all your holistic needs. When was the last time you went to the doctor and had a physician actually spend time in addressing your concerns, well being , and made sure it was all taken care of before you left? Dr. Buckhorn is that doctor!! He's very knowledgeable and truly enjoys taking care of his patients. His office staff is as well great! They're all very professional and beyond polite, their follow up with their patients is exceptional. I highly recommended Dr. Buckhorn!!!!

Simply put, Dr. Buckhorn is the best doctor I have ever had. I have seen him for over a year now. My experience with Dr. Buckhorn started over a year ago when I was having heart palpitations that made me feel like I was going to die. I found Dr. Buckhorn through this site actually and after reading his patient reviews I felt like he was the right primary care physician for me. Well after seeing this exceptional doctor for a couple of months the palpitations went away gradually and completely. I have seen Dr. Buckhorn for other medical issues as well such as anxiety and a swollen lymph node and he has taken great care of me. He is honest, clear, caring, insightful, treats you as a whole, and takes as much time as necessary during your visit. I always feel reassured after leaving his office. Also his office staff is great, they have always been very professional and have treated me very well. So I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Buckhorn to anyone that needs to see an exceptional doctor that truly cares about his patients. Like I said, he is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Buckhorn always takes the time to hear my concerns/complaints, discusses treatment alternatives and thoroughly follows up with lab results. He is very patient and has a great sense of humor!

Dr. Buckhorn is the best doctor in town. He listens to each and every patient. As a result, he has a tendency to run behind schedule but its ok because in the end it is all worth it.... his staff is so professional and prompt.
