Dr. Carl Thomas Frosina, MD

This physician immediately classifies anyone that comes in with pain as 'drug seeking behavior' I listened to a 5 minute warning about opioids, I've been on them 10 years so far, doesn't look like that will stop with an inoperable issue. This man shouldn't have a medical license!

Worst dr ever

Very compassionate. I have been suffering many years with multiple health problems. He sat down and listened and wrote out a plan for treatment.

Most horrible human we have ever incountered. He is the worst Dr. I have ever met. Not short of being a nut. He actually said to us he didn’t care how bad my Moms pain was. And he’s supposed to be a pain management Dr. I’m actually filing a complaint with The Medical board.

Very rude

In spite of no problems in 20 years of being treated for pain, Frosina threatened me with Suboxone for refusing procedure. He refused PT and CBT as a noninvasive way to treat pain. He put me on Suboxone because he became angry. He believes what he believes and facts don't matter. I hate getting stuck with a doctor who is not even as smart as I am.

I recently moved to the area and chose Dr Frosina as my doctor. I was so pleased with the care I received. He is so caring and attentive.

Dr Frosina is our new family doctor. I think we made an excellent decision in choosing him. He is so caring and his staff is so nice and helpful.

If you have ever been to Pell City you would understand what a DIFFICULT and SCARY group of patients you are working with. The staff he had in the past was also scary and wasted everyones time. Thank God he has a wonderful group now. He is an excellent physician. He worked many years in New York City and moved here 20years ago. I have never met a more caring and compassionate man. The people that make the rude comments about him are the SCARY and IGNORANT low lifes that need a reality check.

Dr. Frosina is a Quack dont waste your time there are much better Dr,s out there

The office has gotten really out of hand, the staff is rude, the wait time is over an hour, expensive test, you tell him something, and the next visit he forgets, there billing is messed up, i could keep going but i would run out of room, I just so many people in the waiting rooms that are like me fed up with everytime we go in there we spend two to three hours to see him for five minutes and get charged out the nose for it

If you go in for a stomach ache, you'll get a light up inside you. If you say you fall alot, he wants to send you to a neurologist to rule out MS. A lot of expensive tests and other expensive doctors that most people can't afford. If your engine is leaking oil, you don't automatically expect the worst and just get a new engine...you check everything out first. He will scare you with his diagnoses.

I had been sick for 5yrs seeing multiple doctors and no one could tell me what was wrong. I was recommended to Dr. Frosina by a friend of mine. He sat and just listened to me. He had many test run and within a month got to the bottom of my problem. I feel better then I have felt in a long time and continue to feel better every day. It means alot when a doctor is so compassionate and sincere

For the past twenty years I have suffered from severe colitis. I was over medicated and not properly treated by my previous doctors. After I saw Doctor Frosina my Colitis is virtually gone and my quality of life has improved drastically.

THIS DR IS CRAZY, POMPUS, RUDE,& UNCARING.I ARRIVED @ APPT 30 MIN EARLY(APT TIME WAS 315 I WAS THERE@2:45)-WAITED HR TO SEE HIM THEN OVER AN HR IN THE ROOM THEN HE CAME IN WAS SHORT & RUDE W ME, INOCRRECTLY DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM, HE TOLD ME I HAD A BLOD CLOT BUT THE PAIN STARTED IN MY LEG AFTER BEING ON TREADMILL TOO LONG (5 MILES!!!) BC I WAS UNDER A GREAT DEAL OF STRESS (DEATH OF FAM MEMBER) MY CALF MUSCLE WAS IN GREAT PAIN. IM LIKE OK IM NOT ON BIRTH CONTROL AND IM 25 IF MY LEGS HURT THE NEXT DAY FATER WALKING 5 MILES THATS PROBABLY WHY. I DIDNT LEAVE THAT OFFICE TIL 6 PM. HE THEN REFUSED ME MEDS,WHICH IS WH YI WAS THERE, TOLD ME TO TAKE TYLENOL. IM LIKE DUDE, PLZ TELL ME I JUST DIDNT SIT HERE FOR 3 HRS ORN OTHING AND U GET PAID ON MY INSURANCE ANYWA? WHEN ALL U DID WAS STRESS ME OUT MORE? HES A KNOW IT ALL, AND IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE YOU WILL NOT GO SEE HIM.

thought my dad had blood clot but if he had looked in his record he would have seen he always had the spot on his luns. so he puts him on blood tinner by machine and machine dumpped the whole load in my dad body needless to sa my dad died . Thanks to Dr Carl Frosina i have no farther .
