Very through and took his time. Reviewed my history and all my meds. Talked as long as I wanted. Not rushed. I felt very comfortable with Dr Rodriguez.

Pinnacle Medical Group is well staffed and has a pleasant waiting area. It is easy to make appointments, very little waiting in the intake area. If you want a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients well being then Dr. Rodriguez is your doctor. His warm and friendly manner and easy to talk to character makes a visit comfortable. I've been a patient of Dr. Rodriguez for over 20 years and I can say that he has always been very thorough in his examinations & tests.

I have had Dr. Rodriguez as my Dr. for 20 years. He listens and explains things without rushing you. Also my husband passed away a couple years ago and he personally called me to offer any help I needed. Very professional and a great personallity.

Dr. Rodriguez is attentive and personable. He listens to you and doesn't talk over you. He is interested in you as a person as well as a patient.

Carlos Rodriguez is about the most accommodating physician I have ever dealt with. He is will to see me on short notice. He listens to my issues and I believe he gives very good advice. I have very few health issues but I appreciate Rodriguez's thoughts and comments concerning my health issues. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they ALL have the same opinion that I have.

When I called Dr Rodriguez's office Monday morning after feeling increasingly ill all weekend, the office worked me in to see the doctor within 2 hours. I checked in and barely got settled into my chair when the nurse called me into a treatment room. The doctor arrived within 3-4 minutes. Diagnosis: Upper respiratory infection. Feeling better by Thursday. Good quality, efficient care.

I am blessed to have found Dr. R who was recommended by my neighbors. Kind, compassionate and a no nonsense dr who get things done for their patients stat! He listens and understands my concerns and doesnt rush me out the door. If he doesn't have the answer to a concern, he always make sure he gets one for me.
