Don't go to this doctor. Wait time is horrible 1 to 2 hours they've had many turn over with staff. They never call you back. Dr. Pacheco barely gives you any time. Look elsewhere and save yourself money.

They took advantage of a vulnerable elderly patient. They insisted that the "needed glucose monitor" was covered by insurance, then charged $1200 to an old lady (my mother) on a fixed income. The test was unnecessary-a scare tactic. Find a better doctor...anywhere.

Dr. is good, he comes with high recommendations, my husband has been going to him, now when we have to cancel or reschedule or make an appointment there is no one live to speak with, then you leave a detail message no one calls you back, then in the pass we would not hear from them however we'd be told they have called and left messages, well why am I calling. It doesn't matter the time of day. Example today I called early enough morning no return call, I called tonight, had the option on leaving a message if cancelling. I went ahead and said I making the effort after 10PM to leave a message not to cancel an appointment but in hopes someone hears the message and do call us back as soon as possible. If it's so hectic hire a receptionist just for that!!!

Since going to Dr Pacheco I am in better health than I ever have been! He really cares for his patients and listens!! I highly recommend Dr Pacheco who is in need of a Endocrinologist!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pacheco's for 15 years, and in that time he has always been quite patient, willing to listen and capable of providing the latest in type 1 diabetic medical treatment. Highly recommended

Spends very little time with the patient Allows no questions. Just looks at lab results and does not ever examine the patient. Always in a big hurry to move you out!

DR. Pacheco is not only a great Doctor but one of the most kind and considerate Doctors I have ever Encountered. He really cares about his patients. I have seen him for Five years and cannot do anything But praise him. A credit to his profession !!!

I was dismissed from his office be caused I did not re-schedule my annual appointment. I explained to staff that I needed to postpone my appointment as I was getting ready to deliver my now 3 month old son. As free multiple calls to try to schedule an appointment I was told that I had to write to the Dr directly explaining why I did not schedule an annual appointment and it would be at his discretion if he allowed me to book an appointment. They made me feel as if I had to appologize for having a life and having to juggle a new born and my appointment with them. Needless to say I will not be writing such letter or going back to Dr. Pacheco. Very disappointed in how they handle patient care.

Dr. Pacheco is an excellent doctor who truly knows his field. He is a very good listener and takes the time to explain how the body/hormones and endocrine system function and interact. He has the patient's best interest at heart, and as his patient, I truly believe he cares about the whole person, not just the illness/condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Pacheco to others. I trust him with my health and the health of my family.

He was referred to me by my primary doc. Dr Pacheco was very helpful and found the thyroid cancer. Very good bedside manner, wish I had gone to him earlier. His staff up front could use schooling in manners and politeness though.

Very rude and condescending front office staff - Unprofessional interactions with future patients - Even with all of the accolades, their front line staff is horrible - Would rather go to a less recognizable specialist than deal with that type of treatment.

Dr. Pacheco is the best!! On my initial visit with DrPacheco in 2009, I knew he had diagnosed my situation, simply from the questions he was asking. After lab test results and scans it confirmed a pituitary tumor. After three years of unexplained 60lb weight gain, high cholesterol and high blood pressure, gall bladder removal and kidney stones, finally he knew and diagnosed the reason. Two years later I am off all meds and dropped the 60lbs within 6months of tumor removal. Praise God for leading me to you! You literally gave me back my life. I will forever be grateful for you, your medical intelligence and a great staff to support your work. Thanks for always taking the time to listen to my concerns and answering any questions that I have.

I have been seeing Dr. Pacheco since 1998. He is a good endo. He is caring and skilled. His staff on the other hand are not and the wait time has gotten to be impossible. The ineffeciency now with office related boloney is barely tolerable. I should be charging now for how long I wait and the "actual" time I see him due to this waiting is about 5 minutes. I see many specialists and by far these problems are the worst in his office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pacheco's since 1998 and have found him to always be compassionate and very caring. He has genuine concern for his patients and takes time to listen and talk. The staff is professional and efficient. If only every medical experience were this nice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pacheco's for a number of years, as I have a diabetic condition. Over time, Dr. Pacheco has demonstrated expert knowledge of this condition, and has always been at the forefront of recommending the latest technology and treatments.Dr. Pacheco takes the time to listen, without rushing the patient. In addition, he is down to earth and is a fine person.

As much reading about horrible endocrinologists I have been reading, I thought I would give a good recommendation. This was my first time to an endo and Dr. Pacheco not only listened and took a detailed history but aslo engaged me in some common conversation about his kids and asked me about mine. He spent at least a half hour with me and is going to do some more testing to see what is going on. His initial dx is that I have a thyroid problem and I concur. I have not been back yet but have a follow up appt in two weeks to get my results. Awesome doc.
