Dr. Carol Ann Krupski, MD

I saw Dr. Krupski this evening for an ob appointment third trimester. After waiting almost two hours in waiting room, and another half hour for her to come into the room. She came in and knew NOTHING about my situation, history, didnt even know how far along i was. Did not know that I was at weekly visits. Its like she had not even cared to look at my chart to see what is going on. I had to tell her to check cervix. After she had done that, I told her about the horrible pain and pressure I had been having and how it has been getting alot worse. She did not ask one question about it, just proceeded to say "have you not read on how youre supposed to feel in this stage" which i thought was COMPLETELY unprofessional. She did not seem to care about any questions we had or concerns. She was rude. and not helpful at all. I am seriously considering switching doctors now because of this. I am disappointed. Every doctor I have seen in that practice has been great, except for her. I do not recommend her at all!!

I was clearly suffering from post party anxiety and she was completely dismissive and even rude. I ended up in the emergency room due to high blood pressure from stress. She was not helpful at all.

I Love Her ! She makes you feel so relaxed. She takes time listening, she is gentle and friendly . She is Awesome !!! I hope to have have her forever !!!!

Do not read UPMC's surveys. They only send the survey when they think someone is happy. They don't send surveys to everyone. Dr. Krupski "tried" to do a biopsy which she could not do and basically dismissed me to a surgeon saying she "thought" I had endometriosis. Will not return my calls after repeated attempts to message and call her. I don't think she listens and certainly doesn't remember what you tell her or read your chart before your visit. She made conclusions about things to me while in the office based upon incorrect information on many occasions even forgeting I had breast cancer - kind of a game changer. I will not go back. She is way past caring about patients and is not thorough, does not seek out solutions with you. Going through the motions.

Always extremely professional and empathetic. Dr. Krupski has been my gyn/ ob dr for over 20 yrs and I love her!

Dr. Krupski is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She truly cares about her patients. She takes time to listen to your concerns and is very reassuring when there is a problem

Because I have appreciated Dr. Krepski's professional excellence I have recommended her to others highly.

Dr Krupski rushes through and doesn't explain things clearly. She got frustrated with me when I started to ask questions trying to understand what was going on. At one point I even wondered if she had looked at my history, because she gave me inaccurate info. I am switching doctors because I have lost my trust in her and need a doctor who will explain things to me without getting upset.

I have seen Dr. Krupski for 5 years now, and would recommend her in a heartbeat. She always remembers information about you and talks directly to you with amazing bedside manner.

I saw dr krupski only once I had a miscarriage and followed up with dr. Woo I absolutely did not like this office not good with patients

It's a little tough to get an appointment but the reason for that is b/c she is a great doctor.

Very professional. If the need should arise I would use this doctor again. I would recommend.

I highly recommend the entire practice. I was seen by Dr. Krupski, Dr. Noh, and Dr. Lareau during my pregnancy and they are very professional and compassionate. I had a first trimester miscarriage and they took very good care of me from handling my panicked calls when I first discovered the bleeding, to scheduling an ultrasound and breaking the news that my pregnancy was no longer viable. They scheduled a D&C the next day (done by Dr. Lareau) which was painless and complication-free. A miscarriage is a difficult time and I hope none of you have to go through it, but having doctors who know what they are doing and are compassionate makes all the difference.

I love Dr Krupski. She was personable and friendly. She spent time talking to me and really put me at ease. I have to move out of the area for my husband's job at 28wks in my pregnancy, I am so disappointed I won't still be with Dr, Krupski!

I have recommended Dr Krupski to three others who have since become her patients. She is very caring and spends time listening to you. She is thorough and her diagnosis is always spot on.

This entire practice is amazing! It is an OB practice so sometimes there is a wait if the dr is delivering a baby. You have to understand that! I have been going here for years and have 2 wonderful kids that were introduced to this world by these doctors. Love them!!

Wonderful bedsire manner. The other docs don't spend as much time and they aren't even friendly. I brought my husband and the other doctors failed to even say hello to him in the room.She was awesome though.
