I have been a patient of Dr. Claman for over 20 yrs. She has always been there to help me. I've never even looked for another Dermatologist in all these years. That should speak for itself.

My visit as always was very pleasant and prompt. Dr. Claman is the nicest Doctor I have ever been around. She is compassionate with me. She leaves me with a very reassuring feeling . I will very much miss her when she retires this year. ??

I was called into office promptly and seen almost immediately. Dr. Claman was very attentive and thorough in her examination. She is a very compassionate doctor. The staff was also very understanding and pleasant.

No problems Dr Claman very little wait time. Sat down for them to call my name and they call me in. Very little wait time in the examine room. In an out in about 24 minutes

Love her straight forward approach. I always understand what is happening and appreciate her recommendations for me to avoid problems.

Dr. Claman always makes me feel like she cares about my needs and concerns. I had a concerning spot and called her office and with in 2 days I was in her office and she removed the cancer spot. I never felt rushed even though she worked me in her busy schedule. The nurse was very pleasant and professional and felt like we were family. The office was neat and very organized.

On my last visit, she didn’t pay attention to my needs. I called about this situation and was very frustrated. When I felt the nurse was done, I’d hang up. Now, the clinic staff complained I worked well with her but don’t question anything or make requests. I was misconstrued.

She takes time with her patients, explains everything in detail and answers questions. She is personable and capable, and I look forward to more visits in the coming years.

Dr Claman is a very kind and caring physician. I love that she does practice what she speaks and that the staff must also...."Stay out of the sun and use sunscreen when doing any outdoor activities" She is very knowledgeable in her field as well as other diseases. She is prompt and has beautiful skin!!!

I have been less than satisfied with the customer service provided by this office. My family left with the feeling that we were an inconvenience. I am unsure at what point a physician and her staff have forgotten about looking out for the best interests of a patient and ensuring that their quality of life and health is taken care of before making decisions that seem to be selfish in nature. If you are one of the only providers with a light treatment available in the area, one would think you would make a valid effort to provide that service to those who need that treatment.

Not cognicent of patients needs - I had a skin biopsy and after 3 weeks the results were inconclusive. At this point I was asked to come in and have the biopsy repeated and was again charged, not to mention the angst of waiting for 6 weeks in total to get the results back. I was told there was a possibility that it was a form of cancer. When I called to ask about the results of the second biopsy I was told the results weren't back yet. In response I asked to speak to the doctor as I was really worried after this 6 week ordeal. I then was reprimanded by the doctor for insisting on talking with her. Anyway, I was made to feel that my patient worries were ridiculous! What happend to the idea that you are suppose to treat the whole patient and that the patient has the right to make the decisions on his or her medical care. If you can't talk to your doctor who should you talk to about your health concerns?

30-day follow-ups take 90 days to schedule. After waiting that long, you see the doctor for less than 3 minutes, then nurses who don't give you the information you need. I didn't even know a prescription had been written until days later.

It was pretty tough to get an appointment, but once I got in, she was great.
