Dr. Zehms was great! As a former athlete in my low 60’s, he respected my fitness level and didn’t treat me like a senior! I trusted his diagnosis, treatment, snd prognosis. Everything turned out as expected and I’m happy to be returning to running and playing softball soon. I highly recommend him based on his communication skills, expertise, and interest in his patients.

I had a GREAT first visit with Dr. Zehms. He really took his time explaining my shoulder issue to us and explained it in more detail by showing us the X-ray. So personable and professional!! I look forward to continuing my treatment with him for a full recovery! The entire Optim team from check in, X-rays to checkout were such a pleasure to work with.

Dr Zehms showed genuine concern and has a wonderful personality making it easy to ask questions. He doesn’t rush and is a great listener. I felt very comfortable with him and his fabulous P.A. Jessica. Look forward to my next stress free visit! He is treating another family member of mine and just performed surgery on a friend. We all have good feelings about our care under Dr Zehms.

Dr. Zehms It’s a very good doctor. He’s very helpful. She explains things he takes time. He has patience and he cares. I would recommend him. He has helped me with my rheumatoid arthritis. I have needed Cortisone shots and advice. We are not diving into any kind of surgery. He cares about the patient no matter what. He’s very good I highly recommend them.

I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. I was taken care of promptly. The facility was clean and the personnel very pleasant. Dr Kehms was very professional and pleasant. Couldn’t ask for more, hence a 5 star review.

Dr. Zehms and the staff at Optim Orthopedics were all very friendly and professional. The staff at the desk were very accommodating and pleasant and a joy to deal with. The facility was very clean and organized. Any patient using Dr. Zehms would receive excellent service. I heartily recommend them for your orthopedics needs.

Very professional, experienced and knowledgeable.! He went the extra mile to get me in ASAP. His office personnel were courteous and helpful. They arranged for my MRI and surgery promptly. They kept me informed- I could not have asked for better service. Amazing!

My personal experience was certainly a negative. X rays were taken, and he wouldn't either show or explain the findings. I requested for that information to be forwarded to another doctor and told they don't do that. A day later I called and asked if I could obtain that data and was told yes but (that would come with a fee, guess that was the key) This ortho group is only about the finances, that is made extremely clear as you enter the PT portion of the facility as that is what greets you as one checks in. If anyone ever asked me about a reference, certainly wouldn't recommend either this ortho group or doctor.
