Do your research, they have zero care of ethics. I was quoted $9,400. For an implant removal and 12k if I wanted to add smaller implant. Paid 12K, they didn’t give me the implants or refund the difference in surgeries. When I disputed it, they went back weeks later and forged paperwork. Also denied me follow up care at 3 weeks post-op. Not to mention, I’m botched! Beware!

Dr. Basu and his staff were all very professional and caring. From my consultation through my recovery I felt that my concerns and questions were directly addressed. Dr. Basu and his staff are top notch. The attention and care I get from them exceeded my expectations. Before the surgery everything was explained to me in detail. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Everyone gave me as much time as I needed and explained things as many times as I wanted. I was never rushed through an appointment or made to feel like I was taking up too much time by having things explained more than once. Dr. Basu has an extraordinary 'bedside manner.' Having someone handle your breasts could likely make you feel uncomfortable. Dr. Basu's mannerisms and professionalism had me feeling completely comfortable at all times. The nurses Lennea, Susan, and Brittany are the ultimate professionals. They always took an interest in me both as a patient and a person. When I go the office I feel like I am going to see friends. The rest of the staff was fabulous too. Everyone made me feel special like I was the only patient. Besides being wonderful at the appointments, the work that they did was great. I love every procedure I have had performed. I am happy!

The staff there is so sweet and welcoming, very accommodating. I really wanted to write a review for Tiffany, she is the lip designer. I had previously gone to another doctor and he did not dedicate half the time nor did he have the precision and dedication that she has. She is really great before,during, and after your appointment. I recommend her all day to people who ask me about my lip enhancement. She is the best and so sweet too!

He was very informative and in my initial meeting with him, he discussed his strive for excellence in not only cosmetic outcome, but safety in the operating room and making sure that my breast augmentation result would look natural and non-surgical. I looked long and hard for a good plastic surgeon in the greater Houston area. When I got on Dr. Basu's website, I watched the videos he has posted that were very informative. After narrowing down my search results, I made a consultation appointment (free!) and I was on my way. I took my husband with me to ask questions as well. I was not planning on book a surgery that day, but I was so blown away by the treatment I received by Dr. Basu and his staff that I booked that day for a surgery date less than a month away. Dr. Basu explained every thing to me, step by step, and I felt I was totally prepared for my surgery. His staff was there to support me no matter how silly I felt my question was. My consultation and pre-op appointments were at his Katy office. My surgery was at his Med Center office, which is the only place he operates. This was HUGE for me because I the ONLY place I want to be when having surgery is the medical center. I've had surgery before, but I was not near as nervous this time. His whole set up is just amazing. He has his own surgical center in his office (in Memorial Hermann). So, no loud pre-op areas with multiple nurses coming in and out. No uncomfortable recovery room situations wish people who may not be waking up as well or may be ill (exposure to diseaseâ?¦this stuff worried me). Absolutely none of that. The nurse that gave me my IV (which was painlessâ?¦amazing) was the same nurse that I woke up with. She even wheeled me down to my car to meet my family herself. Dr. Basu's skill has amazed my family and me. (I wasn't an easy caseâ?¦). After delivering 3 kids in 2 years (a set of twins in there), he has somehow transformed my tummy to one I have never had! I looks great! My recovery was pretty much what they prepared me for. He gave me some medicine during the surgery that helped keep the incision area numb for a few days. After that wore off, he kept my pain manageable with oral meds. I couldn't be happier, and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon in the Houston area. I have sent my family members to him already. Great doctor!

Dr. Basu and his team have mastered the art of concierge level care. For my mommy makeover, I visited with 5 docs all with great credentials and websites. Dr. Basu was simply the best. His bedside manner was absolutely impeccable. His credentials speak for themselves and his results the same. I could have picked a less expensive surgeon but I am so happy with my choice! My BF and family love my results! More importantly I felt so confident this summer in my bikini for the first time in over a decade. The care I received from Dr. Basu and his girls was exceptional. I know he has a super busy practice. But he and his team made me feel like I was their only focus. I felt totally pampered from start to finish. They always took great care of me, never made me feel rushed, and I always got my questions answered. Dr. Basu has exceeded my highest expectations.

Amazing surgeon and team. Had a great experience with my breast augmentation in his surgery center. If you are thinking about breast implants, Dr. Basu is THE person to do your surgery. Not only is he one of the busiest breast implant surgeons in the region, he had almost 100 amazing before after breast augmentation photos in his galleries. I love how they helped me size my implants before surgery. No surprises â?? just awesome results.

I recently had a tummy tuck with Dr. Basu and I am so pleased with the results and the treatment. Friends having the same procedure do not seem nearly as pleased with their doctors as I am.
