An excellent office staff and Dr. Piryani have helped me so much with lower back pain. He listens well, takes time to explain. The shot in the lower back wasn't difficult and a thoughtful light massage aided in the whole process. Highly recommend.

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He is impersonal, won't listen and cuts you off mid sentence. His demeanor is angry and depressed. His treatments were completely ineffective.

Scheduling cancelled 1st appointment and rescheduled with diff MD. Over 55 min wait. MD was unclear and his assistant couldn't answer questions. After the exam, I should have allowed to get dressed before sitting in a gown to discuss treatment. It was uncomfortable. In addition the MD, a pain management doctor said he wasn't a pain management Doctor and referred me to a different Doctor. He also cut my meds in half instead of slowly weaning, and sent me home to detox alone knowing my husband was out of town. Handed me a list of treatment centers and a recommended I see a different pain Doctor. Yet, ordered an MRI and said to make another appointment. I left confused and worried. . He has poor bedside manner The MD contradicted himself and my My paperwork shows these contradictions. I have to call the office next week and ask several questions.

Dr Piryani has zer0 bedside manner. If you are looking for compassion, keep looking. He and his staff get an "F" in communication.

I am glad I saw doctor Piryani for my low back pain, today I live without pain.I recommended this doctor to all my family and friends.

After suffering from chronic pain for years this doctor was the only doctor to diagnose and pinpoint what was wrong with me. He was also able to offer effective treatment through spinal injections. I wish i would have met him years ago and saved myself time, money and gotten relief sooner.
