The best, from PreOp to PostOp through PT Dr. Bush Joseph and his team communicate and set expectations clearly. He did my shoulder labrum and meniscus - I’m two weeks removed from my meniscus procedure and it feels better than it did prior to the operation already. Very thankful we crossed paths and chose him to get me back on the road to recovery.

What is impressive is his warmth, kindness and intellect. He explained the issue and treatment.

Bed side manner can be improved. He doesn’t really listen to your concerns and seems arrogant.

We visited Dr. Bush-Joseph for a second knee injury. He is extremely knowledgeable and spends the necessary time with us to explain the issues and answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend him!

I had Dr. Charles Bush-Joseph on several different occasions for rotator cuff problems. He is a very compassionate doctor who listens and does not recommend invasive procedures unless absolutely necessary. He is a leader in his field and I have trust and confidence in him. I would not even consider another doctor. He is a great orthopedic surgeon and he operated on my rotator cuff.

Hope my situation is resolved, but if it isn’t, I will definitely be coming back for help.

Hands down the best doctor and staff ever. Answers all your questions and takes his time with patients. Doesn't rush you. Follow up is excellent. All calls were returned within minutes of leaving a message. Great bed side manner.

They have a policy of not charging you for follow up appointments within 90 days post-op. My last post-op appointment was just outside the 90 days, and wasn't really necessary. When I called the billing department about being charged, they told me this policy for the first time and called me a liar when I said nobody had ever told me of this policy. I asked if they could make an exception since it was only a few days past the 90 day period and that I didn't have insurance, and they said no. Very poor service on their end.

Dr. Bush Joseph is a great physician. He always listens to what I have to say and answers all my questions.He also explains everything to me. He is never in a hurry. He is very kind and caring. I would recommend him to my family and friends. HE IS THE BEST!!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Bush Joseph for over 2 years with 2 different shoulder issues – one that ultimately required surgery (bicep tenodesis) to get her back to her sport of water polo. Dr. Bush-Joseph did a great job of answering the many questions we had about ACL replacement surgery for our 12 year-old daughter whose growth plates were still open. I appreciated the stats and data he had, as well as personal experience with surgery of this kind with this age group.
