Very informative, kind and caring. Great practice!

Dr Maurer is an excellent physician. He is able to breakdown the information into something I am able to understand. Everyone at the office is very nice and caring.

Ten years ago when I first went to see him, it was at the end of June. He ordered test for me and directed his staff to not let the coming holiday be used as an excuse to not get me in timely. I found his nurses to be just as caring, but the parts of his front staff need some work.

The front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate. All other staff is absolutely wonderful!Wait times are getting a little bit better.

Very friendly and good bedside manner. His staff however has been quite rude to me. Everytime I call or have an appointment my chart happens to get lost/misplaced/forgotten and I usually wait an obscene amount of time. I'm an odd hematological case and when my initial blood tests came back and confused him, instead of trying more tests or consulting another doctor he became complacent until I was suddenly hospitalized again. He has become complacent with my case again and its gotten to the point where I'm the one suggesting tests to be run.

I was one of his patients sisters. His bedside manner is amazing, He offerd many obtions to her even differnt Dr. with alternate theorpy's. My sister trusted him,and more importantly he was wonderful to our family. Forthcoming, Honest! I would hope If i ever got sick that I would be as lucky to have fine a Dr. Like him. A simple treasure in today health care system !
