Negative & positive feedback: Negative- My breast implants were not symmetrical in regards to the location of my nipples or the height of implants, he’s arrogant, and spends very little of his time with you. Positive- his staff was amazing and the office is eye catching. I’ve already had his work replaced by another surgeon because I couldn’t stand seeing myself in the mirror from his botched work.

I cannot BRAG on this dr and his staff more! Anyone going in for plastic surgery ofcourse is a little self conscious and nervous and everyone from the minute you walk in the door, to the table, to post op are just AMAZING! Not only am I happy with my results but because of some of the issues my body has I could not have gotten a better doctor!!

Had an explant with total capsulectomy and lift done. Surgery went well, no complications and pain was minimal. Dr. did call later in day to check on me as well as his staff. Did schedule post follow up the next day and another 3 days later. Dr. did answer all of my questions and concerns in regards to my concern from BII. Without a doubt at first consult I knew Dr. Polsen was my surgeon for this procedure. Highly highly recommend him and his staff. Very clean facility, comforting anesthesiologist as well.

Was a much better Dr before he let his new wife take control of his customers and hide stuff. He let himself down and past people moved to another Dr due to his interference with his new wife

Dr. Polsen and his staff are fantastic! First, making an appointment was a very simple and quick process. Then, the moment I walked into the office, I was treated like I was part of the family. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and friendly! They treat you as if they've known you for years. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and are very patient when answering any and all questions. I just cannot say enough great things about this team of caring professionals. And, that is totally beside the fact that I am beyond satisfied with the results! I had an upper blepharoplasty done, and I am thrilled with the results! I feel better and younger than I have in years due to the difference in makes in the appearance of my "forever tired" eyes that I had dealt with for so many years. My only regret is not have this procedure done sooner. Thank you to Dr. Polsen and his staff! I am forever grateful to you!! You Rock!

Dr. Polsen performed my Tummy tuck and it was poorly done. I was left with an unsightly bulge below the scar/incision. Liposuction should also have been performed which he did not do. Went back to his office for 6 month follow up, assistant said that she'd never seen this happen before and then a few minutes later reported that she had. Wanted more money to correct by performing a "mini tummy tuck". I went to another surgeon who was appalled that Polsen had not taken care of the problem with just the cost of anesthesia. Had a revision done by another local surgeon with a great outcome. would not recommend Polsen for this procedure.

Hands down the best Surgeon EVER !!!

I am very happy with the overall experience I had with Dr. Polsen and his staff. Dr. Polsen is a very skilled surgeon, and the results I received from my tummy tuck are awesome! He did a great job, my recovery went smoothly and I am thrilled with the results! I have full trust in his abilities and would recommend him to anyone. The front desk staff is very accommodating and his nurses follow up with you and take good care of you. If I have any further procedures done in the future I will be sure to come here as they have all gained my trust. I love that the surgical center is located right in the office building, so very convenient!

I had so much pain in my hand that I could not sleep at night. Dr. Polsen knew right away that I had carpal tunnel and I was able to do everything in his office- the testing, the surgery all my follow up appointments. He has a beautiful office and surgery center. I would recommend any of my family and friends to see Dr. Polsen and his wonderful staff!

Dr Polsen and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were able to expedite my carpal tunnel and cubital release surgery and provided excellent care throughout my treatment. The only regret I have is not having the surgery sooner. I would highly recommend Dr Polsen. It has by far been the best experience I have had with any doctor.

He spent well under ten minutes with me and never let me finish explaining my condition, the previous care I received, and my symptoms. He basically told me to stay with my first doctor even though that doctor told me to see a specialist. This doctor seemed to turn off helping me once he believed surgical intervention wasn't a way to turn a profit from my care.

Dropped in to see if I could make a future appt.However, it was suggested that I should be looked at immediately as my wound was severe. Dr. saw me without any insurance verification, gave me advice necessary for care as he was leaving town. What a TITAN. Office staff superb. This made my Memorial Day weekend a joy without all the worry.
