Not only is he a complete professional, he communicates -- so important when you need help.

After multiple surgeries and 5 years of seeing Dr. Thompson, Ion the day before my appointment the office called and said that they no longer took my insurance and to find a new Dr. I didn't think this was very proper protocal and would not recommend this office to anyone again.

My visit with Dr. Thompson was very informative about my situation. He did not rush me in and out, he explained to me what I needed to have done and took time for me to ask any questions or concerns in what he recommended I need to have done. I feel very comfortable moving forward with Dr. Thompson performing my upcoming surgery.

During initial visit, Dr. Thompson was very forthright and approachable - answering all questions concerning visit and pending procedure.

Dr. THOMPSON was never in a hurry especially when he was explaining a procedure he was going to perform. That made it very comfortable to have the procedure.

I thought I would have some mapping of some sort done. That's what my nurses at dialysis had told me. I'm still not sure where my fistula is going to be, and that makes me nervous. This doesn't mean Dr. Thompson was not kind to me, and did not give me a pretty good idea....it just means I'm not certain where it's going.

Had a procedure for aneurism in lower abdomen. Everything went well and recovering. Dr. Thompson and team were over the top setting all the things, insurance, scheduled hospital etc. , up.

I’ve been Dr. Thompson’s dialysis patient for 5 years. I’ve had a number of emergency procedures to unclot or replace my dialysis access. Javier notifies the Dr immediately & I am in surgery or in Dr’s office at once. Dr. Thompson is personable yet professional & takes the time so I understand what is going on. He is great!

I was very happy with my service . I wish the test and the actual dr visit could have been on the same day as planned but it didn’t work out that way . I will see him again in a year .
