Dr. Charles Edward Spingola, MD

He replaced my hip in 2018..I woke up with a numb foot and groin pain from surgery.I told them about it but it is no where in my medical records..After I left the hospital I never saw him again.The office told me he retired.Such a lie.Nothing but complications every since.Do not trust this guy.Get a more decent caring doctor.He agrees to do your surgery but after you have complications he is no where to be found. Very low class.He should not have a medical license.More than 2 years later I am still suffering and looking for help. Stay away from this guy.

I went to other otho Drs in the area and saw the actual Dr. 2-3 minutes per visit. I saw the CRNP or assistant. After seeing the other practice since Dr Lewis Nettrour (30 years), I switched to Dr. Spingola. I turned from a number to an actual name! I spoke and discussed options with Dr. Spingola!!!! That and a recommendation from a Butler OR nurse, I chose Dr. Spingola for my knee replacement. I have never regretted my decision. I did have a complication but not anything to do with the Dr Spingola. I ended up with gout (which was undiagnosed from my PCP) and detected immediately by Dr. Spingola. I am a year out of my knee replacement and doing as well! I would recommend Butler Orthopedic for any of your orthopedic needs.

A Doctor! Very knowledgable. Spends time explaining your problem.Doesn't just rush. Very accurate in his diagnosis.

post 2 year knee replacement. Limited flexion. 2nd opinion says used wrong size hardware. Would need 2nd operation to remedy.

I was a new patient with Dr. Spingola, He, and his office staff, treated me with excellent service and concern. I am very much impressed with him and his staff.

My appointment was for 10:30...I got into a room at 12:23, and saw the Doctor at about 12:40 for about 12 min--he did take his time. The wait time: now THAT is ridiculous!! Either schedule fewer appointments or appointments

excellent compassionate physician

I saw Dr Spingola for a knee injury which required surery . The pre care ..surgery and post operative care was beyond excellent. I have never been treated with more respect and dignity, he explained all details and followed thru with post operative care. I made a 100% recovery.

Iam so glad I picked him for my knee surgery. He is the best I don't think anyone is going to be able to replace him.

Dr. Spingola is in my opion what a doctor should be, he takes his time to listen and hear what you say, he also makes you feel like @ the time your the only patient on his schedule that day and gives you so much time. He has done two surgeries on my knee as well as other procedures. I Give him much praise as well as TRUST
