Had knee surgery and I never felt better

I had a “I’ve fallen and can’t get up” moment and was in the ER by 7:30 AM, My ER Dr spoke to Dr Varela and had me in his office the next day and surgery the day after. He worked me in on both days! I’m so happy that he wants to care for his patients in our small town!

Awesome experience from the day I finally decided this was the right thing to do. I could not have asked for better results, better care, letter interaction with. The members of Dr Varelas group. Dr Varela did a carpal tunnel release on both of my hands. All of my symptoms are gone and I was back to work in less than a week. He and his staff at the office and hospital are awesome!

Recently had a Total Knee Replacement and he was great. Getting back to do the things that I love. I also have a hand issue that he has looked at with great success. Thanks

Repaired a long, misdiagnosed( by another Dr) broken carpal bone in my hand. 100% use of hand after 20 months of pain.

Dr. Varela was compassionate, considerate and is a excellent surgeon.

Bedside manner is absolutely atrocious. And he laughs it off when you have a real concern. Currently seeing another doctor to correct the problems that the original surgery performed by Varela created.

Horrible bedside manner, not willing to refer out even when it doesn't include his specialty.

I have had 2 separate surgical procedures by Dr. Varela. I was able to return to normal activities far faster then my friends that had the same procedures done by someone else. I highly recommend!
